Familia Dental

Went to this place in past and had a horrible experience. Went today and saw Dr. Desai and dental assistant Patricia. They were both wonderful and helpful. Patricia was kind and helpful. She was so kind and non judgemental. Got my tooth pulled and out quickly. A year later and I went again. Saw Dr. Allen and her assistant Mr. Thomas. These people were wonderful and kind and I give them 5 stars. They explained everything and I would recommend them for any dental service you may need. They worked with me and my insurance to help me get the lowest cost I could. So just another update to my previous review. If you didn’t like this place before, give them another try. I am sure glad I did.

I love taking my girls here. The dental assistant, Thomas was calm, gentle, and was able to keep both my girls happy. The dentist, Elnur, was positive and took time to give advice and encouragement. The experience of going to the dentist has become less scary since we started going here. In fact, my special needs daughter even cooperates and lets them clean and examine her teeth. So thankful.

Dr Allen and the nurse I had were so patient and amazing. So understanding of my situation I was in as far as the way my teeth looked. They are pretty bad but reassured me that in the next few months they would look amazing. I can’t wait for the outcome. Thank you again Dr Allen.

On June 15, 2021, I went in to have a root canal done. Dr. Allen performed my procedure and Skye was the assistant. Both of these woman were amazing!! They constantly told me what steps they were doing before they did them. Skye kept me calm by telling me I was doing a great job and reassured me the whole time. Dr. Allen was very gentle and also told me what steps she was doing. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist!! I wish I could give both of these AMAZING women more than 5 stars!! Thank you lady's for taking such great care of me!!

This is a long overdue review. I had my appointment 05/08/2021 and it was with Jamie Chavez, she was AMAZING. She caught me off guard when she told me I could go brush my teeth after removing my bands and I told her that ever since I started going to familia dental, no one has ever told me to go brush my teeth. Her literally letting me do that small thing that reminded me of my old orthodontist made my day. I even told my husband how happy I was with Jamie and I hope to get her every single time I go to my appointments. Thank you so much Jamie! I loved talking to you during my appointment, you made me feel at ease and you cared for my needs!
