Summit Dental was absolutely amazing. They treated me with respect, never once did I feel like they were being condescending about my dental hygiene. They were very prompt, professional, and polite. I look forward to using them for many years to come.

I was very happy with how I was treated by my hygienist Esther. She is professional and caring not like the one who was so rough that she pulled by filling off. I think that summit is a good dentistry and should employ more hygienist like Esther. Patients would be content.

This place is great! Got me in and out in just under an hour! First time patient in for a check-up and a good cleaning. ALL staff was friendly even those I just walked by. I recommend this place! Definitely going back!

I don’t typically do reviews but this needed to be addressed. I had changed insurance companies and summit was listed as a choice vs the place I went for 30 years+. The place is nice and the staff is great, another reason for my choice. I went in with confidence, only to be told I had multiple cavities. I haven’t had cavities in years, at least 20 years. I declined all services because they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover certain things. I kept thinking my teeth don’t hurt etc. or have any feeling of cavities. I waited. 6 months back for another cleaning. Again, I “need” my cavities addressed. I declined. I’m usually one to address any problems with my teeth so this made me nervous to go on without doing anything. After my second cleaning I get a huge bill. I called Summit and they said “oh yeah we no longer accept your insurance.” That would’ve been nice to know before my second cleaning. A year has gone by and I change my insurance. I’m back at Desert Hills Dental. I’m nervous thinking they are going to tell me I have a number of cavities. Im shocked. Instead they say I don’t have any cavities. I asked if they were sure and they said yes that I’m doing great. I’m relieved, but also upset because I almost had unnecessary work done by an untrusting business.

It was my first appointment at Summit Dental. Great customer service from the front desk staff. My Dental Assistant and Hygienist were friendly and professional. They both were thorough in describing the services provided, what was covered under my dental plan, and if I should choose additional services the cost associated with it. The Dentist was friendly and professional and included me in the discussion of my dental health. I appreciate the care and personalized support received from every staff member at Summit Dental. Thank you for making this a great first time experience!
