Great Experience 2I’ve seen Meier twice. My very first time I guess he was new. I needed an implant. I guess he did okay but never once checked to see if I was okay but continually congratulated HIMSELF for doing his first implant he was real happy with himself, or it seemed. Then proceeded to say oh you needed cadaver bone ect. adding on expense upon expense. I was self pay . I got through it but never wanted to go back to him. Then fast forward my dentist said I needed an extraction, and sent me to him. UGH WORSE experience of my life once again all about HIM !! And he didn’t numb me enough so I yelled in pain when he started and he so had to put more in this time of top of the mouth which he hadn’t done. NO NUMBING GEL just a straight shot that sent me through the roof with horrible pain. Then he had the nerve to say well, because it hurt you needed that shot WTH ??? Already a wreck he struggled to remove the tooth then congratulated himself and left the room not caring how I was doing which by this time I was in tears . His nurse was even no help there was O compassion. NO COMPASSION AT ALL. FOR THE SECOND TIME !! And the staff when I went to pay didn’t even ask if I was okay but told me nearly $2000 had to pay right then. Bleeding in pain, crying and traumatized. Fast forward a year and I need another extraction after my dentist tried to save a tooth. I asked for a different MD there , then cancelled still traumatized by my last experience. I wanted to wait till after the Holidays. I called again & they now tell me I’ll need a consultation because I’m choosing a different MD & sedation. Now all of a sudden My Sjogrens disease, which Mr Meir brushed off telling me I have lots of patients with that not at all concerned about me, Now a different MD needs to see me first and charge me an extra visit to discuss ?? I really don’t know what to do as I fee so uneasy with this office but it’s where my dentist is saying to go. I had a serious breakdown on the phone with then such a panic attack because of past experience with Meier.

I had bit the inside of my lip and gave myself a fibroma that was really painful and ulcerated. I had my first appointment today and I was really hoping they’d remove it on the spot, but I wasn’t sure. I asked and his assistant was like "I don’t think you’ll leave unless we do." She understood the assignment. He recognized how painful it was and in five minutes, took care of business. Local anesthesia, two stiches and we were done. Great bedside manner and skill. I had been waiting for this appointment and had been seeing my dentist for it. He was very compassionate and knew how much pain I was in and removed it on the spot. So grateful and pain free now! Well at least until the novicane wears off LOL. He was super nice, super caring and really great. I am so relieved and happy. So nice and pleasant and a clean office and nice staff.

This entire business is exceptional. The front desk staff are kind and generous when you are on the phone with them (and most likely in some pain) so. They are flexible in trying to get you in as soon as possible. The dental assistants are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The physicians are exceptional and really put your physical and mental well being first. I was dealing with a tooth issue for 4 plus weeks and thankfully once I was seen at cape cod oral surgeons the ride turned. If you are in need of an oral surgeon this is the place to go!!

Awesome office! They are polite and efficient. My husband waited literally 4 minutes in the waiting room before being called ON TIME for his appointment. Dr. Jonathan Czerepak is very warm and knowledgeable. His staff and assistants are all fantastic. In these days and times , it’s unusual to have this kind of experience. We highly recommend this practice for any oral surgery needs.

I had a great experience with my 3 year old daughter. She sustained an injury to her mouth and this office was able to squeeze us in to be seen the same day to be checked out. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming and very good at making my little one feel comfortable. Dr. Czerepak was gentle with her and made us both feel better about the whole situation. 10/10 would recommend this practice
