I can’t say enough good things about Portsmouth Pediatric Orthodontics! My son, who is 23 and on the autism spectrum had a wonderful experience with his braces, which came off today. Dr. Hunter and all of the staff there are so gentle, kind, and patient. The office is a clean and calm place. I highly recommend this practice. My son’s smile looks beautiful!!

I cannot recommend going here due to my unsatisfactory experience. Despite assurances that my gap would be resolved, it returned after considerable financial investment. Moreover, one of the assistants exhibited a lack of gentleness during procedures. After my treatment, I received a retainer that did not fit correctly and was uncomfortable when worn extended periods. When I returned, I was disappointed to find they merely adjusted the existing retainer rather than providing a new one. I regret my decision to seek treatment here and will not be returning.I plan to visit another orthodontist to address the issues that were not resolved. What a waste of time and money!…..

I highly recommend Portsmouth Orthodontics! They have been nothing short of terrific with my adult Invisalign! They got me in very quickly - and were able to give me a great price on it for a minimal amount of time!!! They were very straightforward and explained it thoroughly at each appointment! Front desk staff was great, dental assistant were all very kind, and Dr Hunter was wonderful! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking - even as an adult!

Overall my experience was very negative. I’m sorry but as a pediatric orthodontist I will not allow you to treat my child poorly. As mentioned in some other online reviews- this place feels like a factory and they are just focused on sheer volume and speed at the cost of their patient. You should be embarrassed and ashamed. I spoke directly to Dr. Geri about the behavior of her staff and she completely acknowledged it and said she would provide that feedback to her employees.

We love taking our kids to both Portsmouth Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. They make going to the dentist comfortable and fun. Best of all, they partner in teaching our kids (and us) how to care for their mouths. Highly recommend!!!
