Kindness abounds in this dental office. The patient is their main concern and they all go out of their way to be kind, concerned, and gentle. I used to be afraid of dentists and so didn’t go to one for over 20 years. My fears have now abated and I’m back to regular visits and treatment. Thank you Dr. Smith and your wonderful team.

Dr Smith is wonderful! He and his staff are so patient and kind. I recently saw Erin for a cleaning and she GAVE me some medicine and applicators for a sore gum. The pain disappeared within 24 hours!! We are so lucky to have this practice in Melrose!!

As for me, I won’t go anywhere else. Dr. Jeff Smith is the dentist you can go to who will offer the best care to meet your needs. He and his staff are both patient and caring with excellent knowledge and training. They explain what they are going to be doing and why it is important to your personal dental care. So, smile. I have had traumatic dental experiences in the past and have had to take Ativan for appointments. I have some pretty serious issues that have to be addressed and I received absolutely no judgment. The technician (her name escapes me :() was fantastic. Her and Dr. Smith were incredible and I actually relaxed for the first time in a dental chair! They were very accomodating in explaining the treatment plans and options and answered all of my questions. I simply cannot express the comfort level and warmth that comes off of Dr Smith and his staff. I am excited to have a dentist!

I always have a pleasant experience with Dr. Smith and the whole team. Dr. Smith and his team are always kind and gentle. They really make you feel like they care about you and your family. He has watched my kids grow up.
