Cleaning 2Highly Recommended 2I am giving this place 1 star only for the receptionist who used to be there who was amazing. She remembered my name every time and everything I needed without me needing to bring it up, and she was always friendly. She is barely there now. Instead, one of the hygienists usually answers the phone. I don’t know her name but she is Bosnian and has the Eastern European accent. She is incredibly unprofessional and nosy, if you miss an appointment she will make passive aggressive remarks. When you are sat down waiting for service she will ask tons of questions prying into your personal life, and she never stops talking and prying about every minute personal detail. I am currently trying to go back to my old dentist and having my records transferred from here and she asked me 3 times why I was doing it and that "if she was me..." etc etc. Every time I go to this place I dread having to speak to her. They will probably say that I missed 3 appointments, as she did to me. They will not mention that was over the span of a year, and that for at least the first appointment they sent me no reminders the way people normally will, calling and texting beforehand. This is something the good receptionist was great at; when I missed my first one she worked with me to find a solution so I wouldn’t miss the next one. The main dentist is uninspiring. She basically told me to come only if I was experiencing tooth pain, which seems irresponsible if I’m trying to be proactive about sensitivity or other concerns. And when I do have the pain, she never seems to be sure what the issue is. I cannot wait to leave this place behind and go back to my old dentist. My old dentist is an hour away but I’d rather drive an hour for good service rather than 10 minutes for this terrible service. Tell Jackie (I think that was the name of the good receptionist) that I really appreciated her.

I am very happy to have found Endless Smiles and Dr. Elfahal and highly recommend them! I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 8 years and they treated me with respect and offered helpful (but not pushy!) advice to get me back onto a dental care plan. I even have some other health goals that they were happy to help me work my plan around. I even returned to have a filling done and Dr. Elfahal was gentle and quick! I have appointments to return for another cleaning fo myself and am happy to bring my 3-year-old with me for her own cleaning soon. Another thing I love about Endless Smiles is the receptionist (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!), she is patient, kind, and very clear and knowledgable. I feel totally at ease with Endless Smiles and will certainly be a patient for as long as I can!

I had my first dental cleaning at this facility this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Shirley at the front desk was organized and welcoming and friendly to start. Joan was my hygienist and not only ensured my comfort at every turn (heated cleaning water!), but she took the time to teach me how to take better care of my teeth at home and did a great job cleaning every nook and cranny. She had me entertained the whole time with fun stories meanwhile being very considerate of my tricky jaw and sensitive teeth - better than anyone before. Dr. Elfahal was kind and gentle as well. I could not be happier with the service I received here!

My husband and I have been patients of this dental practice since moving to Manchester. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We are so glad that the practice reopened in time for our check-ups. The staff are very careful to observe COVID-19 ptotocols, which gives us added confidence (underlying medical considerations). We really like this practice and all of the staff that we have met!

I had a amazing experience with Dr. Elfahal and her team! Everyone was so nice and they used 2 different lasers on me! One for whitening and one for a surgical procedure with no pain or needle!!! I highly recommend this office! They are very knowledgeable and hi-tech!
