I wouldn’t give this dentist any starts. I’ve had the worst experience at this place. The cleanings they do on your teeth and charge you for are done in 15 minutes.. they’re rushed completely& they don’t have the time or staff to work on clients the way they deserve. This also even came out of the mouth of the woman who runs this place as an excuse for the lack of care that they show you. This place has canceled my important dental appointments so many times in a row for multiple excuses & short staffed. The last appointment they canceled on me I finally said enough is enough because this is unbelievable they cancelled me via voicemail & the morning of 2 hours before. Don’t they have a policy that you have to pay $50 for something like this? So how is this okay to do this to someone not once, twice but now over several times. I’m appalled & shocked. Originally I had went to this dentist for a cavity and after they worked on it two days later nothing but problems.. yes it happens but the Dr. told me there if I have any pain or discomfort afterwards to call and they will see me right away to fix this. I called two days after the process and Unfortunately Merrimack Dental associates failed me. They did the complete opposite as promised and failed to give me the medical attention I needed.. they canceled appointments on me & still haven’t made it right I was actually Hungup on and recorded the woman swearing at me because they always have an emergency or an excuse or not enough Doctors. It’s completely unacceptable and unbelievable how much this place has failed over the years and also failed the patients who have been loyal to them. I am disappointed and even more upset that I was hungup on multiple times, sworn at multiple times & that set me off as anyone would be upset Merrimack Dental in Methuen Ma has failed to keep there word & also will cancel you and might charge your insurance as well like they did to me. So make sure customers going here double check there insurance company too because that is fraud as well considering the fact I didn’t cancel my appointment they did, & I got bills from my insurance showing I was there when I wasn’t & I have voicemails, emails & proof from Merrimack dental calling me & canceling these appointments I was billed for… so my suggestion for anyone wanting to see a dentist for yourself or your children please take the time and read reviews and make sure it’s the right place for you or your family. Having a dentist you can trust is huge because your smile is a lot & everything so please make sure you don’t make the same mistake I made & wasted time.

I had a very pleasant experience, I arrived one-time and was taken back for my visit within 5 minutes. My hygienist Lily was very pleasant and took time to review and explain x rays that were taken. She was very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff were friendly and efficient.

Very professional they seem to know what they’re doing. Had almost a year without a dental cleaning because I was looking for a good place also didn’t have enough time to go and make an appointment. First time going there and really nice staff and always trying to help with everything you need. Also most of the staff speak Spanish which is a pros. I had a really good experience. Very recommended.

It was my first time going to a dentist in YEARS and my anxiety was through the room. From my first interaction to my last, every single person was so happy and friendly, giving me all the details I needed and so patient. This office is filled with amazing people!

Could not be happier with MD! The staff is professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr Kanbar is the best. He knows his craft and does excellent pain free dentistry. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.
