I was not happy to be coming in to get a cavity treated. But all went so smoothly and everyone was professional and attentive. I left feeling happy it was over, but also feeling that all who attended to my needs were doing a great job! Thank you!

Everyone from reception to the Dr were great people. Very comfortable environment and were very understanding and helpful with everything. Made everything seamless and quick and also helps they’re 5 minutes from my house but even if it were an hour drive, I’d make the trip

Got a partial single tooth that does not fit, after 3 more tries to get new ones to fit I gave up as the fitting of each partial was worse than the last. During one visit they put a filling into a crown which I’m told should not have been done that way. They constantly insist on a deep cleaning even if not needed. Beware that they will not scrape and clean your teeth properly unless you make sure they do it. Their hygienist come and go like leaves in the wind. The final straw for me to leave this dentist is; they had computer issues then forgot to call to schedule my next cleaning so I scheduled on line and when I arrived I was informed that the appointment was cancelled (not by me) so rescheduled at the counter specifically advising it was for my next cleaning - showed up again for the appointment and again was told it was cancelled (again not by me). Rescheduled again and showed up again and was advised that I would have to fill out the new patient documentation. I advised that I have been a patient for years and I specifically set the appointment to have my teeth cleaned and at that time I was not informed that would not be the case. I should have been informed then and there. So I decided to give them one more chance and called to set a new patient appointment with a same day cleaning and was first advised that they could not do that but if there was a no show or a cancelled appointment I could see the hygienist. I advised that did not make sense as there should be different scheduling for both, the new patient intake person & dentist and the hygienist. After voicing my disapproval I was then advised that they could do that but if a patient called in to set an appointment for cleaning they would bump me out of that appointment to give it to the patient calling in. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. If it is a matter of finding a cavity and needing a procedure then we could set a separate appointment to have that done, after having my teeth cleaning. Why do 3 appointments when it can be accomplished in 2. They are forgetting that I have been a very patient patient of theirs for years. I am so done with this place and don’t know why I kept returning. Beware of this location...

I got a phone call today from this office canceling my childs appointment after we waited a month, they said they need to reschedule because their employee is going to be late the morning of the appointment which is fine, but they pushed my daughters appointment back another full month! You mean to tell me your entire day to day operations comes to a grinding halt pushing work back a month if one person is late for work? The icing on the cake was the fact these people don’t service children under the age of 13 they only do cleanings the whole point of the appointment was for my daughters two cavities this is information i wish they told us when we told them why we were making the appointment. The staffs carelessness with patients and customer service makes curious what other mistakes are being made and how large those mistakes are. When i went to get a quote on 27th for straightening my teeth I waited a hour to be seen for my appointment two of their machines werent working which they needed to use to give me a quote i brushed off all of this ,but after recent events im starting to think a its a more systemic problem in the up keep of their equipment as well as complete lack of employee training. The whole experience has been appalling. I do not recommend this facility. "Owner" passing on the "feed back"to staff doesn’t fix the problem being proactive and figuring out why they’re turning away customers that made appointments a month in advance due to your staff being late without giving a reasonable accommodation is unacceptable. Your underwhelming half heart bot response is exactly what I’d expect, this is a good indication of who trains the staff to show complete indifference to human lives impacted. Thank you for resolving none of my issues.
