This practice is anything but great. They use any opportunity to snag a late fee. My husband was deployed overseas, so when I called to schedule myself an appointment I was told it could not be scheduled due to his missed appointment fee. I proceeded to ask is there any chance we can waive the fee considering he was overseas? Even offering to show them his title II orders issued from the federal government. They said nope. There seems to be no logic behind this, as I was trying to make an appointment and likely pay more money for their services, certainly more than a missed appointment fee. I would steer clear.

My experience at Dr.Jo-Anne Johnson was top-notch. She’s a true professional in every sense of the word. Overall, the entire team was absolutely fantastic. The dental hygienist Taylor made me feel super comfortable, and the whole procedure a pleasant experience. Taylor takes time to explain every step of the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional, personalized care.

A dental office that cares about you! This is the first dental office I’ve been to that actually asks about your dental history to give you the best possible options and care. They also refer you out to specialists if you need a root canal (that’s a big plus for me) and they make that process easy. Dr. has a great bedside manner, and when she did my fillings, it was so quick and painless that I was shocked it was over. Norma is the best hygenist I’ve experienced!! She makes you comfortable, explains everything, is thorough, and is so pleasant to talk with! The front desk staff are always nice and remember your name.

Ive been loving my experience at Jo-Anne Johnson Family Dentistry. Nicole made the entire appointment fun and enjoyable. I went in nervous but right at ease from start to finish. Dr. Johnson is great and i would trust her with any procedures. She surprises me with how quickly she gets the work done and keeps the mood relaxed and lighthearted. Gabi checked me out, and she is professional and knowledgeable and keeps things running smoothly! You can tell the staff vibe well together and this creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. You’ll walk in feeling like you’re in good hands, and walk out feeling good about your smile. :)

Initially I took my two daughters (3 & 8) and worked with TIFFANY. She was amazing with the girls, and they had such a great time! My 3 yr old has been asking to go back because she had such a good experience. The treasure box at the end of the cleaning was a big hit! A few weeks later I went in for a check up (it had been quite some time) and I was very anxious. RUXI made me feel so comfortable and at ease. And of course, Dr. Johnson answered all my questions during my children’s visit and mine. She assured me and calmed my nervous. When I went for my Deep Cleaning (scaling & root planning) I worked with MICHELLE C. and she was absolutely amazing. This procedure can be painful- she made sure I was numbed and kept asking me over and over how I was doing, if I needed a break or was okay. She was gentle, understanding and personable. She made sure to explain everything she was doing, the after care, and just made me feel so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to friends and family. They are gentle, kind, understanding and most of all no judgement, which is a top quality while choosing a dentist for me. I went in and was so nervous, but every one in the office made me feel so at ease. As someone who has extreme anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist, this is so so so appreciated. Lastly I wanted to add the honestly Dr. Johnson brings to the table is so appreciated. We recently switched over to this office. Our previous dentist told me that my 8 year old (who only has about 6 or less adult teeth) needed an ortho consult! When I asked Dr. Johnson she said absolutely not yet- She doesn’t even have half her adult teeth! And that the amount of crowding in her mouth was normal for her age! A relief for me and my daughter. Thank you Jo-Ann Johnson and staff! From the administration gals, to the hygienists, you are all amazing!
