We had our first visit at Merrimack Smiles today and I couldn’t be more impressed. Our young son has special needs and the entire staff was so welcoming, kind, and truly caring, greeting him by name the moment we walked in. I talked with Maggie prior to our visit and went from feeling very apprehensive to feeling confident this would be a good experience, and that was absolutely the case. Both our hygienist, Monica, and Dr. Morris were comfortable to interact with and very knowledgeable, providing me with great options for my son’s situation. Their interactions with him were gentle and kind. My husband and I will also both be patients here going forward and I’m truly grateful to have found a dental office we can all be seen at together. Thank you!

I never thought I would love a dental office as much as Merrimack Smiles. I’ve had good experiences in the past, but this team all go above and beyond. Everyone I’ve ever encountered always has a smile on their face, they’re incredible with my 4 year old, and they really prioritize what’s important to you. As an added bonus, their new location is stunning! It’s so great to see them in an office that matches their quality.

Dr. Morris is a great person and great dentist. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to a dentist since prior to COVID because it’s my least favorite thing in life. But this is a GREAT practice for those who may have dental anxiety. Exceptional staff and beautiful, clean office.

I absolutely love this office. I am one of those patients who is always beyond anxious to have dental work done. But, from the moment I walk through the front doors I’m greeted with a familial excitement, which definitely helps calm nerves, in my opinion. All the doctors here are fabulous, especially my doctor, Dr. Kapala. She’s so personable, kind, respective and informative. Her assistants are so helpful and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this office!

I absolutely adore this Dental group. The people are extremely nice and personable. They always pleasantly greet you when you arrive. The services are top notch, the Dentist and dental hyienists are very professional and don’t come across as judgemental. Everyone there is very helpful and truly want to see their patients satisfied. The new office building is so beautiful, clean and very calming. I wish I found this office years ago...maybe if I had I wouldn’t need to fix my smile as I do now. Ill be doing my dental work with Merrimack Smiles for as long as they will have me.
