I drive 15 min more to go to this location because everyone who works here is so nice! They are always very kind and helpful, and anytime I’ve had to reschedule they are understanding. I also love that my dentist is a young female! This is the first time I’ve had a female dentist and she is so kind.

My only regret? Wish I had come here sooner. (I went to Aspen Dental on East Colonial. Don’t recommend it.) At Greenberg, the staff was very friendly and professional. As a first-time patient, got X-rays, a consultation and a teeth cleaning in 75 minutes. That ain’t bad! They weren’t trying to upsell me or overcharge me and my insurance (cough cough Aspen Dental.) It was a really positive experience and I would definitely go back.

Staff was very informative and friendly. No complaints thus far. Enjoying the process. Elizabeth was very detailed in explaining the procedure. Hygienist and overall from front desk is super cool and shared suggestions. My new home for sure when it comes to dental. Give them a try if you’re hesitant.

My daughter is 8 and this is her second time at the dentist. She loved it. Dr. Elizabeth showed her big girl teeth on the computer and explained the importance of brushing and flossing 2x/day for 3 minutes. My daughter got her teeth cleaned and treated and was a very happy girl afterwards! Definitely making this our home office! ❤️ Thank you Dr. Elizabeth ❤️

Easily the most unprofessional reception I’ve seen in a while. I came in 10 minutes early, the receptionist waves me to take a seat, she proceeded to have a conversation on the phone for (no exaggeration) 20 minutes. After her call ends I walk back up to check in and she forgot to hand me the new patient clipboard to fill out while I was waiting that I could have filled out the whole time I waited but that’s fine since I waited over an hour for x-rays anyway. I soon realized everyone in the waiting room waited for more than an hour to be seen. Don’t book more patients than you have hygienists for. Soon before I finally got called she checked my temperature instead of checking right when I walked in. Shame because the dentist and hygienist were really nice. I won’t be coming back.
