I booked an appointment to get a crown lengthening procedure in this office, they accept the referral from my dentist, charged me $200 for the visit to later tell me that they don’t do that surgery there, that I need to go to other Dr.... They made me lose my time and money. I will suggest you go somewhere else.

Dr. Wenk is such a great surgeon! He really knows what he’s doing. Getting your wisdom teeth pulled is never fun. But he makes sure your informed as much as possible, that you have your prescriptions available in advance, and makes it as painless as possible. The whole staff is super nice. Scheduling was definitely not an issue. I had some unusual pain afterwards that an oncall surgeon, I believe dr.krofton, guided me through on the weekend off hours. Then sally, the scheduler, was able to squeeze me in the schedule super last minute, which I was truly thankful for. Love this place, thanks guys!

As a hygienist, we refer many of our patients to this office as well as their sister office in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area. It was great to experience myself and honestly tell patients about the office we refer patients to. Dr. Wenk knows what he’s doing and is also humble because he’ll tell you the risks for your procedures. I was nervous getting my last two wisdom teeth out here because of my first experience at another office. The other office traumatized me, but the clinical staff at THIS office did their best to comfort me. This clinical staff and Dr. Wenk were all friendly and helpful from start to end; because of this office, I’m not anxious thinking about getting a tooth extracted any more. The office is great, but I only gave 4 stars because a non-clinical member of the team was rude to me on the phone when I called about finances. I wanted to pay that day, but had a few questions. I was told I would be removed off the calendar if I didn’t pay that very day...even though I already mentioned I would be paying the day I was calling. Now, this member was not Sally. I’ve spoken to Sally various occasions and she was great; always helpful, patient and kind.

A few weeks ago Dr. Wenk went above and beyond to help me with his professional insights and opinion about the final outcome of a tooth extracted by Dr. Davis over a year ago, my initial doctor in the practice who’s now retired. Dr. Wenk was been fantastic and highly recommended. He spent time to review the situation and to carefully discuss and listen and review my options on how best to go forward for the utmost of my optimum health and happiness in the long run. The trust and confidence I have experienced with him, and his genuine care for my overall satisfaction and peace of mind, is hard to find. Thank you Dr. Wenk.
