I once went to this dentist for a filling, and it still hurt, especially when eating or drinking something hot and cold. I went to another dentist and he was able to fix it for me while this dentist couldn’t. My dad also went to this place, they asked him to do a root canal, which was $850 and when he came back, they said the tooth is cracked so they had to remove the whole tooth and didn’t give him back the $850. The dentist did the root canal all for nothing. My dad basically wasted $850. The office does not look sanitized at all. I do not recommend this place.

First, I am a return patient, and my appointment is at 3:30 pm. But the receptionist convinced me that it was 11:30 pm. So, I think it best for me is just shot the hell off and accepted her direction. Second, soon I got there on time, the first thing she wants from me is to sell some of the X-rays, which they should have in files because I am a returning patient. Soon, they noticed that the selling of the X-ray is not possible. The dentist himself get so angry 😡 and frustrated; I feel so much negative energy in a tiny office, so I walked away as fast as I can. Just imagine an angry dentist working on your teeth. I spent 8 hours of my day driving back and forth from Naples for nothing. I spent 3.500 dollars for my first visit, and I hope to give him a little more, but I have to find another one that will treat me a little more human than this guy. Think twice before you let this guy take your money.

A month ago, I called and made an appointment for today at 4:30 and I’m glad I called ahead to confirm. The receptionist said that my appointment was for a tuesday at 5:30. I never would have scheduled my appointment for that time because it does not fall within my availability. Someone put the wrong date down, and I know for a fact it was not me. Poor customer service. Calling my insurance and getting another dentist.

Okay, Let me explain my experience working with Front desk person to make an appointment. 1) It was very hard to understand the person I am speaking with. Very thick accent/slang and almost impossible to communicate. 2) Lady asked me to provide her with the insurance information and I provided. 3) She requested me to give her the Social Security number. I have never seen this requested before with other doctors I worked with earlier. So I asked her if it’s necessary for me to provide my SSN. She said "Don’t worry it’s my job, you don’t give your SSN, no appointment for you" Lol, she blackmailed me. 4) I called my insurance and asked if it;s necessary to provide for me to provide my SSN and they said absolutely not required. 5) So I called the doctors office back and tried explaining the same and also said that I am okay to provide the last 4 digits if needed. The lady is said " I want proof that you spoke with insurance, give me the phone number of the insurance company". That’s where I gave up trying to get an appointment. If my experience to make an appointment is this bad, not sure how the actual visit will end up being. Again this will not reflect the doctor. It’s 100% to do with the front desk person. She almost made it impossible to make an appointment and to be frank Rude to me.
