Amrita! Always welcoming and professional. She is the cherry on top an already great overall experience. If you’re looking for a dentist this the practice. Everyone is so wonderful and knowledgeable. The providers and staff make me feel special and informed about my care from the minute you walk through the door through to aftercare. I’ve moved homes and prefer to keep this practice for my dental needs.

Fine dentistry is exceptional. I brought my father there for a deep cleaning. JuJu is kind and a fantastic hygienist! She explains what’s happening and why. Also; Mayra is the best! She was very helpful on the phone and in person. Fine dentistry is lucky to have her. This practice deserves their extremely high rating.

I love this office. We switched dentists after my daughter chipped her tooth and needed a repair. From the initial phone call with Daniel being so patient and explaining everything available, to him giving us a tour on our first visit made me less anxious about the visit. Jacqui was our dental assistant and she took her time to get to know my daughter and make her feel like a super star. My daughter told my son how cool the visit was so we switched him too. After the first visit my son said, “Dr. Gessner is so cool, why are they so nice, the whole office is very nice, I can’t believe this is a dentist.” It has been the most pleasant medical experience we have had. Please keep up the great work. By the way the medical equipment is top notch as well!

I haven’t been to the dentist for about 1 1/2yrs and I am happy to be in the hands and care of Shay,. She was absolutely pleasant from the beginning to end. She answered all of my questions and validated exactly what my concerns were so I felt I was placed with the right person. I am so looking forward to seeing the end results and hope that I stick with her. What a sweetheart and a great listener. She is thorough as well. This was a really nice experience. My first visit with Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando and I was amazed! I walked in to an outstanding front desk with exceptional customer service. Upon going back, I received a tour of the office and a gift bag🤯With a much useful gift inside. Ms. Shay had amazing conversation & was thorough in explaining what was going to happen during the visit and while with the doctor. I was also offered a blanket, which has never happened in a dentist office. Dr. Trivedi was outstanding and she told me many things that my dentist of 5 years failed to explain to me. In a nutshell, Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando has the best staff, best customer service and best Doctors. I highly recommend them to any and everyone & I look forward to my future visits⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
