Needing to find a new dentist as ours retired, I tried my mom’s. First I saw Tara the hygienist. She was so gentle and caring!!! Then saw Dr. Robin who was also caring and thorough. Our family will be transferring to this practice for sure. Thank you Hillcrest Dental!!

It’s not often you find yourself having fun at a dental office, but that is exactly what happened today! Tara made the entire visit enjoyable/comfortable from x-rays to cleaning. She had great energy and had me laughing and smiling the entire time.The office is modern, clean, and welcoming. As someone who spends his days working with clients to improve the customer experience, I have nothing but major kudos for this entire staff. So thankful they are in my neighborhood and actually look forward to my next visit.

The receptionist can’t even be bothered to crack a smile. The office manager will lie to your face and then do the exact opposite of what she says. The new dentist doesn’t even bother discussing options with you. She just pressures you into the most expensive dental treatment. When she numbed me up it felt like she was trying to go through my jaw . Just another rip off dental practice now that Dr Akkara is gone. What a Shane this place use to be awesome.

I recently visited this dentist office, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The front desk person was incredibly friendly and efficient, making scheduling a breeze. The hygienist and dental assistant were both fantastic, providing thorough care. Dr. Nalini was exceptionally gentle during my treatment, which eased my nerves tremendously. The entire team’s dedication to patient comfort was evident throughout my visit. Moreover, the place looks fantastic! The office is modern and inviting, creating a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. And let’s not forget about the awesome new ownership! Their commitment to providing top-notch care and creating a positive patient experience is truly commendable. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone seeking exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment. Five stars all around!

Had a fantastic experience at Hillcrest dental! I called to make an appointment for hopefully sometime in the near future and to my surprise they were able to get me in the same day. My hygienist, Tara, was amazing! We had such a good conversation and she did an incredible job. Dr. Nalini was knowledgeable and gave me great feedback and advice. Next appointment is already on my calendar.
