I’m shocked the reviews are so low, I’ve been going to this practice for more than 20 years and Dr. Bill is the best. His knowledge is high level and he continues to learn with study groups. I never had a complaint at this practice. I highly recommend this office and dentists.

I’m so annoyed with this office. I came here with my boyfriend for his initial cleaning & exam, while at the office I scheduled an appointment for myself and let them know I have two insurances and that I would like to send them my X-rays that another office took of me this year. They told me that would be okay. So a couple weeks later I come to my exam & cleaning appointment and they tell me they DONT ACCEPT SECONDARY INSURANCE however they knew from the last visit that I had TWO INSURANCES because I told them. This big woman who looks Hispanic but doesn’t speak Spanish, wears black glasses & has black straight hair already knew this information but acts like she doesn’t and allows me to waste my time waking up at 7:30am and driving 30 minutes there and back. She said I could take the chance and see if my insurance will cover the services and if they choose not to I would then be responsible for the fees. I’m so annoyed that this receptionist already knew I had two insurances and still allowed me to book an appointment and arrive, if I would have known I would be responsible for the services rendered in advance I wouldn’t have bothered driving here. THIS OFFICE HAS BAD COMMUNICATION.

Had great experience being a patient until recently. Office manager is mean and unprofessional. Have been going and paying missed appt fee in payments now all of a sudden won’t let me be seen unless paid in full. Why this was not told to me at my last appointment in January and while rescheduling my appt after making a payment on said fee is beyond me??? Explained I just had surgery a week ago was hospitalized and was out of work so I will need to continue payments and they were reluctant to work w me. Advised them I am moving on to another dental group w whom there office manager is extremely friendly and helpful to all patients. I would return to this office if the office manager is no longer employed there.

Dr. Jeff Rizzo came recommend to me about 4 or 5 years ago from a coworker. From my very first appointment I knew I would never have to search for another dentist again. He and his brother the other dentist and the entire staff are so kind and personable. I love the fact that he is 100% honest with his patients. He’s in the business of making healthy smiles not taking you for all you got. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone.

If you are sick and tired of dentists trying to sell you stuff your mouth really doesn’t need this is your dentist. I have been coming to Dr Rizzo since 2004 because another dentist tried to tell me my mouth needed all this work I couldn’t afford, and I left with this feeling that they were trying to get money out of me. I was telling my friend about my experience and they told me about Dr Rizzo and how honest he is and that he keeps a good eye on your teeth and let’s you know when it is the right time to have certain things worked on in your mouth. Dr Rizzo is very knowledgeable and authentic and has always explained and backed up his work with sound research. He is also very affordable, even when you don’t have insurance. My husband needed ALOT of work on his mouth cause he hadn’t been to the dentist in years for the same reasons I mentioned above. Within 8 months Dr Rizzo had him all fixed up and back to normal! We are so thankful for his hard work and honesty and know this is why he is so successful.
