Today was the first of what will be many visits back to this office. Even before my first appointment, the experience over the phone was very patient centered, genuine, and inviting! Now, after completing my first visit, I would definitely recommend this office. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive and Reggie was wonderful! He had excellent bedside manner, explained everything, and was very personable. This office has exceeding my expectations and I am so glad I have found a new home to provide my dental care. Thank you all for an amazing first visit!!

Reggie was unbelievably compassionate, and very patient. He knew of my personal circumstance, remembered an ordeal I had gone thru two years ago and listened to my current situation. Even asked how my family was doing! He calmed me down, gave me words of comfort and explained everything in detail including the financial aspect. And was very helpful in assisting me with the stress I was feeling even handing me a stress ball…I’m surprised I was able to give it back in one piece lol! I left feeling a sense of a accomplishment. My teeth and gums felt great considering my situation. And I’m excited with the plan we came up with (financially, process, and time frame) to continue on my journey to better health and dental care. Reggie is by far a blessing to Watson Dental. I’m grateful for him! The staff was also very polite, understanding, and patient. I would love to continue seeing them and recommending them. Thank You!

On a scale of one to ten, with ten being most satisfied…. Watson Dentel care receives a 20 every time my wife and I visit for services. The follows are my experiences of such superb service. 1) Great dental plans for payment 2) My wife and I are fully satisfied with our treatment plans. 3) Courtesy receptionist services…. 4) Willingnes to listen to our concerns, etc. Top self Doctor, technicians, and dental assistants…. Special acknowledgment to Jackie, the office manager. She took the lead in making all of the above mentioned happen. I am so extremely happy I found this dental office. It is by far one of the best dental offices. The staff....outstanding! These ladies are always found with a smile on their beautiful faces. Boy, you talk about super friendly, super smart and all that jazz. I’m so happy this is my second dental office. If I had to compare which dental office I love the best, both are ringing bells for me. My other dental office is in Brevard County. This Orlando staff is just awesome. I struck Gold with diamonds on top! Thank you
