Extremely disappointed. I will never, ever visit this place again, they did me so wrong! 😡 every family member or a friend that I recommend to this place will be notified of their wrong doings. Is a shame that they will take advantage. I am an elderly but I am not ignorant to see what they did. I will file a complaint where necessary so no one else gets abused. No star for this place 👎 Billed insurance for unauthorized work and took my money for procedures that I don’t recall being performed.

New patient experience. Clean place. Priority for me…. This place is hassle free and has Great customer service. For the 1st time in many years the doctor doesn’t give me a list of the upgrades I can do on my bridges and crowns on my first visit.

I set an appointment over the phone for the dentist and hygienist, the place is not hygiene at all, dust and stains on the walls and treatment chair, the assistant was so unprofessional, had loud french music on her speaker in her pocket, and speaks so low with a mask on, the dentist wasnt their and they said that he/she will be examining me via zoom, she had the wrong size of mouth piece of Xray, didnt even cared about my pain, later she brought a smaller size when i insisted ! I had to stand up and interrupt the treatment and left. Awful on every aspect.

I recently visited Coast Dental and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The Haitian Dr is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and at ease. The Dental hygienist and assistant were equally fantastic, providing top-notch care and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, the team provides an exceptional level of care and service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care specifically my Haitian people, they speak English, Spanish, Haitian Creole and French. Thank you for making my dental visit a positive and stress-free experience.
