Cleaning 2I have been coming here for years with both my girls, recently my youngest daughter had a root canal and a crown put in, in which I came out of pocket for $600 after what my insurance didn’t cover. Less than a month later the crown came off, impossible to get an appt. I came in and explained the situation , the receptionist explained that although they no longer take that insurance being it was less that 3 months ago as long as it was the same tooth that the procedure was performed on they will cover the fixing being it was done in their practice. Fast forward to the day of the appointment finally, my daughter was completely dismissed and so was her dad as they were told she had to go to the Kissimmee location bcz the tech who performed her procedure is now at that location. While the actual dentist explained during the screening of the appointment that he can perform the procedure but will be charged $450. I went in as I was upset after what was explained to me by the RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST, that as long as it was the same tooth etc. she began to bicker with me in the waiting area where I then began to call her out on speaking to me as if I wasn’t competent of understanding the bull she was telling me, I began to ask to speak with the dentist to ask questions as clearly there was a major disconnect of policy, and understanding with staff. Money wasn’t the issue here as I paid out of pocket for the procedure not to mention another $8000 for my other daughters braces out of pocket. Then as I began to call her out on the lies and lack of doing in the office as it’s always an issue to even get an answer on the phone, let alone an appointment and correct information but NEVER an issue with collecting funds. I will take my service and CASH. Else where. The lack of doing is unreal!

I am disappointed at the service provided by customer service at this facility. We have been using them for a while . I decided to cancel my appointment because they would not allow me to accompany my under age son to his visit. I am responsible for his well-being, and under no circumstances, I would put him alone in a room to make decisions at 11 years old.

This is by far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff NEVER answers the phone and I have repeatedly had to take time off of work to go there just to make an appointment. They completely gave us the runaround and said we needed a “deep” cleaning at a different location and could return to their location for all of the following cleanings. They cancelled our appointments multiple times. We finally got an appointment and after them happily taking my copay, they told my husband he would have to go back to the other location. He was obviously upset and decided to leave. Then they turned around to tell me that none of our family is allowed to go there anymore. You CAN NOT jerk people around and consistently give terrible customer service and not expect someone to eventually get fed up. You are better off letting your teeth fall out than dealing with the people at this location.

Absolutely beautiful staff inside & out, excellent customer service and I got my X-rays and cleaning done in one appointment was out under 2 hours. Waiting room was never crowded. Bathroom super clean. Absolutely great experience. This my new office I’m sticking.

Very courteous and professional office, from the receptionists to the providers! Everyone in the office was wonderful! And when you call to make an appointment, they answer the phones and offer assistance without making you feel rushed. They seem to pay close attention to details, making sure you understand and are comfortable with all the information they provide you. Every person that took care of me that day, took pride in their job and performed it well!! I never felt like I was being rushed through like cattle!! Great job!!! I appreciate your hard work and obvious good management!
