This dentist’s office is punishing my wife and children for 2nd time because I gave them a bad rate at Google( at a different office 3 years ago in Oviedo office ), they confirmed the appointment until came to the office and they kicked them out and said "We are the same staff". Knowing that she drove the car with 3 kids in bad weather 29 miles. I don’t know why they have not refused them before. my wife left work early, and my kids left school early. What kind of clinic refuses kids because they getting a bad review from a parent? Regardless of whether I was right or wrong. Knowing that I apologized to him and refused to apologize.

Dr Romy is really the best!!! I’ve been his patient for years! On this last visit I am happier than ever because they made me smile again with confidence and happiness! I love the whole team, they are empathetic and nice! specially Zara

They have no respect for your time. I had an appointment scheduled 6 months ahead at 9am on a Thursday for my 3 kids. They decided not to open the office on Thursdays anymore and instead of calling me to reschedule the appointment as soon as they made this decision. They left to call me the day before to cancel it. I missed the call and I had changed my device so voice mail had not been set up, yet. They didn’t care to text or email me. I went to the office and there was nobody there. I called 2x nobody pick it up (the voice message on the phone says they are open M - Th). Later, a lady call me saying she had call the day before. I said they owed me an apology and she said "I am not going to apologize because I called the day before and you didn’t pick it up". After I said I didn’t want to reschedule, she simply hang up on my face and didn’t pick up the phone anymore. 😒

The doctor who attended me was Ball she is really good at doing her job, very nice and friendly. Celeste did an amazing job and was very helpful with the information she provided me. Ball, Mara, and Celeste and they were very serviceable. Time past so fast because is a nice environment definitely would come back. The hygienist named Mara was very nice to me and very lovely with me. Everyone was so kind, loved it. I would come back again!

Love this dental office! Truly the best in the area. Mara was wonderful, absolutely loved her professionalism and kindness. She did my teeth cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier. It was quick, thorough and very comfortable. She is definitely great at what she does. Mara will make you and your teeth feel awesome!!! :-)
