I would give this place no stars! Completely unethical! Sabrina at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional! Upon arrival you must text a number wrote on a board located by the office door. I text the number at 9:53a.m. No response. I text the number again at 9:59a.m. I finally received a response at 10a.m. To come inside. When I walked inside Sabrina and another person at the front desk did not say a word. The nice lady named Kaleefa said that she could assist with checking me in. At that point Sabrina and the other person at the front desk shouted “I already checked them in!” I stated to Sabrina that I was unaware as they didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. I only came here because they were referred by my ex dentist. Don’t waste your time or money here! Go to a reputable practice!

Office manager, Racheal, outstanding. She took the time to reach out to me resolve a small issue. She showed tremendous compassion and understanding. My daughter Emma, 8 months into her procedure love the Conroy Windermere office staff and technicians. My first daughter 15 years prior had the same wonderful experience. Highly recommend Dr. Baptiste.

Baptiste Orthodontics is awesome. I have three boys and my oldest got invialign two years ago and his teeth came out amazing. Now it is our middle son’s turn and they are still amazing. They go through all of the options and prices and then work with you to find a plan that is affordable. Definitely recommend.
