Dr. Jimmy was very gentle. Technician who performed cleaning was sensitive, took the time to explain things, and was patient. Office staff took time to print out my insurance info. to explain particulars. I appreciate their good service and patience.

Everytime I go for cleaning and consultation there is a different dentist and hygienist . There are only 2 team members that have been constant since I've used this location. I rate this way because I left one location to receive treatment from one specific dentist ONLY. The turnover is very high throughout it seems at the 2 locations I've been to. My medical doctors have been the exact same doctor for 30 years. Guessing because it's not private practice maybe.

The assistant and the dentist were just fine. I would have liked a discussion of the breakdown of each thing that needed to be done and how important they were, if there is an alternative and if some things didn't actually need to be done any time soon. Then I get the rundown of the cost of some items and had a panic attack in the damn office! And that didn't include the outside work (perio, etc).
