Receptionist Beatriz, is so rude. Maybe they have her working ther ebecause she is a family or friend with the dentist but wow.. so unprofessional. Don’t waste your time going there. They also cancel patients appointments last minute. So disorganize.

Read All the Reviews I wish I did. DONT GO….. They are extremely rude and nasty. If they had Negative stars they would get 100. Also they had me come in earlier then my regular appointment and then I didn’t get called till my Original time. I tried to check on my son whose under 18 and they said I can’t. What doctor office don’t let you see your child. They say stuff is policy but when I asked to see it they said they don’t have it. Be careful they will take your insurance and not give you proper treatment. I’m Reporting them. The guy Paul in the other reviews obviously was on drugs because the staff and I was both talking about seeing my son not no one roaming.

Dr. Halem has been my dentist since I moved to Orlando over 20 years ago. Her approach to her work is based on her findings, talent, and experience and has always told me straight up what’s needed *and why*, something other dentists in my history haven’t done. If I don’t need anything, I will not be sold anything. Terrific ethics and very friendly. Her office staff has always been filled with great people and great professionals! Highly recommended!

I have been going here for more than a year and I am absolutely pleased with the Dentist and the staff. I have had many procedures done here and they provided perfect service all the way from consultation, billing, procedure, and follow up. Dr. Evelyn Miranda Halem is very kind and patient and takes her time to explain the process as well to work with you. The same can be said for all of the staff including Robert in billing. They put a lot of effort in making sure that the patient is satisfied with every part of the process and are absolutely professional and warm while doing so. I look forward to returning over and over for my dental maintenance.
