Really enjoyed my 2nd visit to this location. There were a few issues experienced at my first visit but this office took action to correct the issues and made my return visit much better. I really appreciate that. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienist (I think her name was Hilda, forgive me if that’s incorrect) she was absolutely lovely!!! Very informative but presented information in such a kind manor, I truly appreciated her. I’ve been to other dentist offices where you feel like you’re just being scolded in the chair and that’s not enjoyable. Thank you Smile Design Sand Lake, you’ve gained a repeat local client.

Why is it that the owner doesn’t comment on the patients that had negative experiences? I give 1 star only because the ofc mgr ( after calling to complain) reworked the bill & statement, & refunded the ridiculous charge in the $$thousands that was taken by (taking advantage of a senior citizen patient) by manipulation and financial gain ONLY!

Great customer service, my son got a cleaning and X-rays. The doctor explained what next steps were needed in a way that we both understood what was going on with his teeth. Front desk was also very helpful and answered all questions in a friendly manner. Will be coming back as a regular customer
