The guy on the help desk was very rude.. highly unprofessional and used profanity words on recorded call. Surely the services are good but that one guy on help desk needs to learn how to talk to customers over the phone.

I called and was greeted in a friendly manner. He sent in an antibiotic that was ready within 25 minutes. The next day I’m already doing somewhat better and the pain is much duller. Thank you!

I was in a lot of pain around Christmas time and needed a dentist fast, I was thrilled to find one who was able to see me the very next day. Dr. Oswick as well as his very kind and compassionate assistant Marci, helped me get all of the dental work I so desperately needed as I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years. My teeth were in bad shape but with his comprehensive and quality care I was able to get my oral health back in check. Thank you guys for all of your help, Dr. Oswick’s keen eye for detail and proactive approach is exactly what you want from a dentist.

If you are in an emergency and are looking for dentists, I promise you look no further. I called after hours on a Sunday super late and was greeted very friendly. I was prescribed antibiotics and it was ready 25 minutes later in a CVS, when I came into my appointment it was nothing short of perfect. Professional, honest and very very fairly priced. Being from Canada I was expecting to pay millions, but I was surprised it was priced like Canada! Dr Oz thank you so much for helping me, your 30 years of work really shows in your craft, and when I’m next in Florida or anywhere in the US of beautiful A, I am coming to visit!

The dental team is truly amazing! I originally had a wisdom tooth extraction appointment that scheduled for next Wednesday, but the pain was so intense and after three restless nights I found this dental office and Bob scheduled me in immediately and on the same day! The staff was truly amazing all very positive, knowledgable, and great listeners which kept me calm through the whole process! They even do follow up calls after the appointment to make sure you are doing well. My dad and I are truly grateful for the experience!
