Dental Care at Dr. Phillips

I chose Dental Care at Dr Phillips because they are a family practice and not a franchise practice. The staff is amazing, they know who you are when you walk in and treat you personally. My hygienist was gentle and gave me good advice about caring for my teeth. They offer a dental plan if you don’t have dental insurance. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to this office for about two years now. Every time I have an appointment I have nothing but nice things to say after! Each staff member I interact with treats me with a kindness I have never experienced at any other dental office. Today’s appointment, including x rays, was finished within 30 minutes! Definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area!

Great experience getting old fillings redone. Dr. Nguyen is patient, kind, and very knowledgable. She thoughtfully answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The office staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The office staff at Dental Care at Dr. Phillips are my dental heroes! I had a dental emergency and called first thing Monday morning and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They truly went above and beyond and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I can’t express enough of my thanks to Dental Care and its staff! I got a really bad bacterial infection during the long weekend, and surfer a lots of pain, my situation gets worse day by day I am so scared. Eventually by accident the abscess burst a little bit on Monday, I am feeling better but I also freak out. I want a dentist to be able to drain me and evaluate me, but no one else in the area want to takes me and see me on the same day they all go by appointment even my primary dentist who have keep an eye on me during the weekend, their front desk people don’t take me that day. Dental Care is an exception, to be specific, Melissa, who takes my call and she really listens to my concern, my situation, and she put me on a hold for a second. Then she told me I can comes in to see a dentist! I almost cry when I hear that! During my visit, I was amazed by Dr.Anne professionality, knowledge, and responsibility. She help drain my abscess and explain the potential cause to the problem and give me instructions on what to do next. I don’t understand why the other dentist don’t drain my on Friday, if I got drain on Friday the situation won’t develop so fast during weekend. I am so glad Dr.Anne are willing to perform the drainage on me that makes me think she is a more skillful, and more responsible person. I am highly recommend her and her staff to anybody. They are really a lovely and nice person, they listen, they are responsible, and the most importantly, they cared about others!
