My son who was approximately 6 years old at the time had to have some teeth pulled due to overcrowding. When they started to pull his teeth, you could tell that my son was in pain at which point I told the dentist to stop because of the trauma my son was going through. She did not believe that my son was in pain until the second tooth she pulled at which point she gave him more numbing medicine and then gave him laughing gas. To this day my son is traumatized I going to any dentist office he is now 13 years old. I would highly recommend going somewhere else where they actually care about children!

This is such an amazing Dentist! Dr.Charles is fair priced and her staff are very attentive! 💕 I Came un with extreme anxiety from past incidents with dentist. She made it so comfortable and her assistant Adriana was amazing she made sure all my needs were met. Very clean facility which is important. The new Receptionist is fast and efficient. They all work so well together to make sure your process is fast and effective. Again thank you so much!! YOU ROCK👌🏻

First off I have to say this was the worst experience with dentistry I have ever had. The appointments were more for my Grandmother, but I take care of her full time. Also, this review is more directed towards the staff rather than the doctor herself. Although she should think more about hiring different people. Sadly that staff can dictate whether or not we stay with that office. My grandmother needed her wisdom tooth extracted surgically, and it had been almost impossible to find someone that took the insurance. It was either Dr Michelle J Charles, or someone 3 hours away. Soooo we picked the closest one, even though they were still 30 miles away. We drove there and saw someone who apparently wasn’t the dentist either. (We didn’t find out until the day of the procedure.) After that we had to wait for approval for the actual procedure and that took four months. I had called several times while waiting and even called the insurance. Finally I could make the appointment. My Mom came with me, and we were told that there was something else that we had to pay $145 for. I never heard about it and the woman at the front desk insisted that she told us. The actual dentist walked in (who I never saw in my life) and didn’t understand why it took that long either. We were taking back, and while my Grandmother was having another X-ray she asked us if she was on any blood thinners. When I told her baby aspirin, they canceled the procedure. We were both in shock and a bit perturbed. (Trying to shorten the story) The woman from the front desk came up and was very rude, she tried to insinuate that it was all our fault and that we needed to collect my Grandmother and leave. Thankfully the dentist came in and calmed us down. She said that in the notes, I HAD told them my Grandmother’s medication. She also told us that the woman wasn’t going to be with them anymore. All in all, Doctor Michelle J Charles is very pleasant and seems to be a good dentist. But her staff is/or was horrible. I really hope that things get fixed after this. Now we are screwed with trying to find a specialist that will accept my Grandmother’s insurance. NEVER AGAIN!

Hi my name is Stella Lincoln; I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for 10+ years. In all my years in her care I’ve always received kind and courteous service from her and all of her staff. When I schedule an appointment I am given thoughtful reminders. When I appear at my scheduled appointment I’m treated on or very near my scheduled appointment time. There are no long waits. That I’ve always appreciated. Don’t get me wrong I love children. Dr. Charles tries very hard to schedule children’s clinics at separate appointment times from the adults. :-) There is always interesting magazines, comfortable seating, no over crowding and interesting TV. shows, even in the back treatment rooms. The equipment is modern and up to date, I didn’t always enjoy dental visits in the past but I never miss an appointment with Dr. Charles because I know that I will be given the best care possible. Feel free to use my name in any endorsements. Dr. Charles and her staff truly deserve a round of applause.
