I came with referral and xrays after a rep from my insurance called and scheduled my apointment for a scalling. Once I was there after driving an hour to get there. The used car sales person tells me I have to pay$71 for comprehensive exam to determine that which has already been determined referencing the referral and xrays . Then tried to tell receptionist I refuseded treatment . Neglecting to mention they wanted to charge me for what i’ve already had done . Just so I can come back in 3 weeks to actually have done what the referal request pirates

The appointment was at 2. We got there at 1:45 and waited for an hour until we were called back. Waited more to be seen!

I must say for years I let my dental problems go to the waste side. I never had a decent dentist that cared, but when i mentioned being scared she did everything to make me comfort, she’d chit chat while they worked on $2,500 USD of work. and when her assistant left the room she’d hum to me. and when she reconstructed my front two teeth I thought i’d lost something the smile i had a few years before yet she made them look exactly the same and helped me avoid having to get crowns. And when I cried in joy at the smile i thought was gone forever she didn’t settle for giving a handshake, she gave me a hug. She smiles and laughed to at my happiness. You could tell she was just as happy as me she could give me back my smile. She is the sweetest most caring person I’ve met in the dental field and helped me get a loan for the 500$ USD balance i had that has 0% interest if i pay it off in the first year. I never imaged when they told me the extent of the dental work I’d need that that they could make my insurance pay for 2 k of it leaving me with only the cost of two extractions and a cleaning to covered. Her staff each and every one of them come and asked me how I’ve been since they last saw me if they noticed I’m in the office. Honestly they have achieved something lost in business today. They make you feel like family and with the dentist being a scary place for almost everyone, thats a rarity in this field
