My special need adult son was discriminated On April 8,2024 my older son has Autism and I always help the staff for him to have a successful visit. I was doing there job by holding the water for him while he was cleaning. Why? I felt the tech was unfriendly, short of patience, not communicating to him and not letting him to know a head of time what she needs to do. She had him before but she didn?t do the greatest job. I did not make a big deal because the first visit is always getting to know each other. It’s a shame that people are not willing to learn of how to handle special needs . Especially, they are willing to take my son instead of just say simply,”I’m sorry we don’t have the resources or accommodations for your son. I would understand. Even if it’s a bit discriminating but at the same time , it’s to avoid what had happened to my son. He did touched the tech as surprised by accident because she had poked him. He knows the protocol by all his visits. It was never an issue until now. Again, I do understand if the person is afraid or not comfortable of being in that situation. No one should not do a job that would relate different patients! Adam H - April 24, 2024

Our experience here was terrible. We haven’t been back since my child’s teeth were destroyed when they said they wanted to fill the few cavities. It looked like they filled it with literal cement. The x ray of how they drilled into their teeth was so hard to look at. The phone situation is another thing. Front desk is a joke. Not being able to book out in advance just for cleanings is ridiculous. We had to take them back to their old dentist to have their teeth fixed. My child was traumatized and had huge gaps drilled in between for no reason and screamed bloody murder every time something got lodged in between them while eating. Never in my life would I ever recommend this place to anyone.

Professionalism would be greatly appreciated. I was referred by another Greenburg office. I made the appointment weeks ago and gave them my insurance information. The day of the appointment, I had to call to make sure I still had an appointment because I did not receive a courtesy call the day before. I confirmed the appointment time. I get to the appointment only to be told they do not accept my insurance. Apparently, all the Greenburg offices have different systems. What a waste of my time. So, during the time I made the appointment until the day of the appointment, no one took it upon themselves to let me know this. I left early from work, drove all the way there and couldn’t be seen because no one could communicate this information. They claimed they had just found out. And yet, no one could pick up the phone and call me? What was going on between the time I made the appointment until the time I called to confirm, which was literally an hour and a half prior to my appointment. That was very unprofessional. I will not be dealing with any of the Greenburg offices. I will find another doctor.

We dropped this Dental facility more than 10 or 15 years ago, due to lack of bad service unable to set up appointments on the phone, and lack of professionalism with their newly trained staff. Unfortunately my wife decided to enrolled us again, and they still haven’t got it yet. Beware make sure to check your billing statements periodically , Greenberg likes to add unnecessary procedures to your bill Always follow up with your dental plan insurance customer service reps.

I’m new to the area so I made an appointment here at Greenburg Dental due to a recommendation by someone at my wife’s job. Our appointment was for 2pm, we didn’t get seen until 2:40pm (mind you they close at 3pm). By the time the assistant finished X-Rays it was about 3:20ish BUT she was super sweet and knew I had anxiety so she explained everything and helped ease my anxiety. My wife and I were both seen by the same young rude doctor whose bedside manner was HORRIBLE. He was super young so clearly not in this field long and it shows. He dismissed our concerns & very arrogantly said “this is the way I’m doing it, do you have questions? Or are we done?”. Which is CRAZY. He also slapped me with a treatment plan where I would be paying over $10,000 for multiple caps not including the price of the root canals themselves. Mind you, my aunt works for one of the top dentists in NY and her boss said that they were clearly a “chop shop” and trying to make money because two of these root canals should be extracted and I would be wasting money. Then the receptionist was super rude and had a face like she was annoyed that she still had to be there which isn’t our fault that they were so delayed. Then when another assistant asked the receptionist if she was ok, she said “I live an hour away” with a stank face. It took all of me not to say something to her in that moment. Outside of that, the office was clean and the assistants were both really sweet. Either way, I will never be returning & am going for a second opinion somewhere else before getting anything done. Want my advice? STAY AWAY!!!
