Tonight started out like any ordinary night. The sun was setting, the mosquitos were biting, and the Kobe hibachi grills were fired up. The volcano onion had just finished spewing molten fire and Chef Toro was dominating our Waygu with his culinary nunchucks. When I look over at my seven year old daughter whom is bleeding from her mouth; and it’s not from the medium rare chicken. Through the steam of the egg fried rice I see a tall man in a blue shirt with beautiful teeth. My wife yells, “Is there a dentist in the house?!” As the smoke parts, a dental presence arises to take lead with nothing more than his chopsticks in hand. With a soft speedy tug and a kind word of reassurance, we were back to sake bombs and Shirley Temples... He said his name was Dr. Brett Zak and his practice was in Altamonte Springs. But when you’re the Law of the Jaw your office has no boundaries.
