Don’t trust all the good reviews. I saw Dr. Rogers for a few years. I started going there after a bad experience at Sage Dental. At first, things were fine. He or the other dentist on staff replaced an old cavity filling or two. Eventually, he replaced one that wasn’t bothering me, but he said needed updating. A few months later, it DID start hurting. Now all of a sudden I needed a root canal and a crown on top of it (~$1500). On a tooth that was just fine previously. I suspect he didn’t do a very good job on the original filling and this led to the issues. I’ve seen the X-rays and it wasn’t that large of a filling. A few months later, I was told another tooth I had an extremely old silver filling in from childhood needed replaced and THAT needed a crown. Another ~$600. I decided to do it though, despite some misgivings - this one I could at least see was a very sizable filling and I knew it was very old. He does that, I wait a week and he goes to put in the permanent crown. After he does that, he goes poking my teeth and claims another random tooth has a cavity or defective filling and suddenly needs fixing and he could do it right here, that very day. I had to pump the brakes and stop him as he reached for the drill. The tooth he wanted to replace the filling on was a tooth HIS OWN STAFF had filled less than 2 years previously. It was another dentist on the staff who isn’t there any longer and when I questioned them they seemed reluctant to say much but there was a clear vibe that he was a bad dentist who was removed (last name Moshe if you’re curious). After that, I just couldn’t go on. I’m leaving out a ton of info about complications I had from both the crowns in order to keep this short. It was painful and unpleasant all around. This practice cost me a ton of money, time, and two of my natural teeth. And I’m a teeth freak who brushes, flosses, water flosses, and mouthwashes at least twice per day. I found a new dentist, who I’ve now been to three times, and guess what: absolutely zero things wrong with my teeth. Some practices like to do a bunch of extraneous, unneeded dental work and I suspect this is one of them. It’s a sham. I personally think the work Dr. Rogers on me was shoddy and much of it was possibly unnecessary or made worse by him and his staff. I would avoid and search out other options.

Doctor Rogers and his staff are always pleasant , caring and professional . Getting dental procedures are not anyone’s idea of a pleasant morning or afternoon. Dr. Rogers has a way of setting you at ease and before you know it the procedure is done. I recommend him every time someone brings up their experiences elsewhere. I really appreciate him and his staff very much. A++ all around. I’ve been his patient for a few years now and with out a doubt he and his team are the best. I recommend them highly..

Everyone was very nice, office run efficiently, doctor was very personable and even recommended some additional bonding areas that my previous dentist (Dr. Sara Day of Sweetwater Dental Wellness) had not suggested and in the near future would have caused me to have an additional visit with them which would have incurred additional expenses as well. I am so glad I found Dr. Richard Rogers practice and am looking forward to being a long time patient with them. His assistant that checked me in during a conversation with me stated she had been working with Dr. Rogers for over 25 years, that is truly amazing!! Just proves you treat your employees and patients right and they will be with you for a very long. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his office to anyone new to the area or just looking to switch from their current dentist as I was.
