I am so happy to find a right person and the right place to clean my teeth two or three time a year. If you want to take control and care about your teeth. Ask for Dahiana. The dentist ruined my moms tooth! He put the cap on wrong and she is in constant pain. Now she has to pay out of pocket tons of money at a new dentist to fix his awful mistake! Stay far away from this place. Look on Facebook at all the angry reviews.

Customer service has gone down. Not offering Friday appointments anymore and calling to see if you can come in earlier and then state appointments been filled why bothering wasting my time reaching out. Use to be more flexible and understanding.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS THE PROBLEM. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a 2 star review for, what used to be a great experience. We’re a family of 7 that used to enjoy the patient care experience over the past 3 years. Recently, the interaction with the front desk staff has been chaotic and has cost me more money then it’s worth. FIRST problem, our appointment (my son and myself) in December was cancelled 2 weeks before my appt because the office decided to close early for the holidays. Not a problem, I rescheduled for the only other time they had available, a 7:00 am time slot. I live almost 40 minutes away, so I leave home at 6am and notify my office, I would be coming in late for work. I show up EARLY, I’m the only patient there, they allow me to sit in the lobby while they conduct their staff meeting. 7:10 am comes and they’re still meeting and my appointment has not begun. Fine. 7:15 am another patient shows up. I’m told they’re done meeting now and they’re going to get started with patients. Not a problem. At 7:20 am I’M TOLD THAT MY TECH HAS NOT SHOWN UP TO WORK AND I’LL NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINS, OR SO, to see if she’ll be in or reschedule for a 2nd time. I explain that THIS IS THE RESCHEDULED APPT. With no certainty of when they’re employee was going to show up, I ask to see another hygienist. The front desk staff purposely delayed until the next patients appointment time, even though I had been sitting there since 6:50 am. Then I’m told that they’re booked solid for the rest of the day and next available appt will be the 3rd week of January! I leave and get a call at 7:50 am from the tech saying that she’s in the office and I can come back for my service but she has another appointment at 8:30 am so it will be a quick appointment. I did not return and I did not reschedule. SECOND ISSUE: Instead of rescheduling my son’s appointment with me, the parent, they contact him directly (unbeknownst to me) and rescheduled his appointment outside of our insurance coverage time frame. As a result, the claim was denied and I am charged out of poscket for a visit that should of been covered by my insurance. THIRD ISSUE: I did not find out about issue #2 until I show up for my appointment in February upon check out. What bothered me the MOST is the front desk staff ( A older women with long blong hair. I wish I knew her name but Ive never seen her before in all my years of going to this office) says to me, "We’ll give you a 50% discount on the charge even though we don’t have too, we’ll do it to be nice. We could charge you our full amount which is even more then our bill rate with the insurance company but WE’LL BE NICE AND GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT." The audacity of that behavior and comment. This was they’re mistake, from start to finish. NASTY WORK treating your patients hard earned money and time like this. I’ll give you your 50% and take 100% of my business some place else. 3 years of service, that included multiple OUT OF POCKET thousand dollar surgeries, from a family 7. No, thank you. You don’t treat people like this. The hygienist and the doctor are great, and I will miss them, but what does it matter if the front desk staff is going to shrew you over and cost you more money. Insurance premiums are already expensive. I’ve cancelled all upcoming appointments.
