Baptiste Dentistry For Kids

My daughter has a big mouth ulcer, she is 4 years old and this is only her second time at the dentist. The assistant who answered was calm and knew how to deal with her with care where there was no problem. but the Dentist was extremely unprofessional with children, she was aggressively opening my daughter’s mouth where it was hurt, I asked her to stop because it was hurting her even more. At least he was kind enough to show what he was going to do so that my daughter wouldn’t be scared. She needs to at least be more gentle and affectionate with younger children and be patient with people who don’t have English as their primary language!

This place has an amazing team who display amazing teamwork and not only care about healthy, oral hygiene but truly care about our children. They are extraordinarily patient, kind, and compassionate towards our little ones. They will do everything to make sure your child/children feel safe and leave with a genuine smile on their face.

Today my daughter was seen by Ann and she was extremely gentle with my daughter. She accommodated to her needs the entire visit. We definitely had a great experience!

My son’s first visit went really well I did not expected him to be so calmed. The dental assistant had a great way of talking to him and introduced him to all the tools to be used and what they were for also, encouraged him throughout the process.

Very disappointed with our experience at Baptiste this week. Initially scheduled an appointment for all 4 of my kids last fall and understandably had to wait several months for an appointment where all kids could be scheduled together. Unfortunately, turns out that appointment was only scheduled for younger 2 kids but didn’t find out until confirmation call. Frustrating after waiting so long and then being told it would be 2 more months before they could be seen. 1st appointment with younger children was very nice. The office is new, bright and very nice. The hygienist and dentist were very nice. Dentist came and talked with us. 1st experience was good. 2 months later, not the case. Office still really nice. We spent almost 2 hours at the appointment because both kids were seen by 1 hygienist. We were told that it was only 1 hygienist per family (wasn’t the case in January.) The hygienist wasn’t friendly and very rough during cleaning. The hygienist nor the dentist ever spoke with me. I was provided a print out to sign for expected out of pocket cost for work that needed to be completed. Front desk staff not able to answer questions about treatment which is understandable as that is not where their training is or their job. We will not be rescheduling with this office and would not recommend them either.
