Dr Wendi was my dentist years ago and was great. The one star is due to her highly unprofessional staff. Tried booking an appointment after moving back into town and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lady literally tried arguing with me when I told her I no longer wanted to book an appointment based on their disorganization and attitudes her and another colleague. It’s hard enough to trust a good dentist and her staff was so off putting I decided I’d rather take my chances elsewhere.

My review is only based on the office manager and receptionist. I have never written a bad review, but learning others need to know. I’m sure that the dentist is absolutely amazing which is why I left three stars here. I would have booked due to her reviews, but decided not to based on customer service I got. When calling my first time I was in the middle of going over their rates with the receptionist, I got cut off by what sounded like a podcast. Called right back with no answer. I was not called back for several hours, but only because I left a voicemail asking for a call back. I should have been called back right away. I called back again an hour later to the office manager who answered and she told me she had an opening this Thursday. I was trying to tell her I only have one car and my wife would need to use it at the time she proposed, she cut me off and kept pushing for me to schedule. I tried to re-explain my situation and why I can’t make it at that time and she cut me off mid sentence around three times. I finally asked for her to please let me speak. Then she understood why that wouldn’t work. I then called back today to schedule and was put on hold for a very long time. I might be having too high of expectations, but this should not be the initial experience for a new patient.

The best dental I have attended in a long time, the service, respect and love that they show you from the moment you enter, they treated my 9 year old child with love and tenderness, Doctor Wendi took her time to educate and explain with patience, definitely the best place in Florida we will return. 120% recommended

I haven’t been to a dentist in years and past experiences have always been painful. I was forced to seek out a dentist recently because I only go when there is some type of pain in my mouth. I was referred to Dr Wendi and I’m so glad I was. The staff upon entry were friendly and helpful. I lucked out that someone canceled an appointment and I was able to be seen right away for my pain. The lady that performed my teeth cleaning was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Wendi performed a gingivectomy and explained the entire process throughout. I loved how she continued to check if I was in any pain or discomfort (no pain at all!) I can continue for hours but I’ll just say I have renewed faith in dental visits. Thank you!

Dr. Wendi and her staff are wonderful. I have been a patient for a number of years and they remain the same. From the young lady that cleaned my teeth to the receptionist, all very nice and attentive. Dr. Wendi is knowledgeable and very caring. She genuinely cares not just about your teeth but you as well. I highly recommend her for adults as well as children.
