Arrived at 11:40 am as a walk-in. Currently still in the chair WAITING to have a tooth extraction at 3:49pm. If you see their hours of operation, they “close” at 3:30 pm :). Doctor gave me 5 shots beforehand and has not come back in my room since then, had to inform the assistant that the pain from my tooth is coming back. Did not leave until 5:33pm. Will not be returning to this location.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. 1-The dentist is always overbooked and I had waited 6hrs with my mouth half ways done because it was taking longer and he had to see other patients. I’m going to assume that his appointment must be for only 15min with each person to be this rush. 2-You could only have 1 tooth and they still recomed braces. 3- The Orthodontic almost never show up to see your progress. He doesn’t explain anything and if there is a question, he rush the answer and leave.He is always on his phone. After 2 years with braces, they wanted to remove it but the gabs were so big in the back that I complained because was going to be my issue after paying so much and then have infection and possibly teeth moving all over again in the future. Welltook almost 3 years and almost nothing move. It definitely felt like retaliation for my complain. I asked for them to be remove because it was every one said they look good but he want me to keep them on. The assistant when yo ansk if is ok to remove them per my request and the guy was shouting out he response to the assistant that clearly he was trying for me to hear and I was on the last room of the hallway. He did not came to see me or nothing. He is always on his ph cell phone at his office. 4.- You are sitting looking up and the air vents are disgusting, floor disgusting, the bathroom ways smell like pee even at 7am when they open and they use gloves but they touch everything around the office with them on and then they are touching your mouth with the same gloves. My daughter had a wonderful experience at the Braces Place and I was witness to see what is a corporation vs. Private. I didn’t know this place after I had mines already in place with this nasty and unprofessional place. I been holding myself for so long fear of retaliation once again. It takes this much for me to write about a bad service but this place just keeps their horrible experience to the max.

I’m still waiting after 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room. Unacceptable. It’s an emergency and since I don’t have an appointment, I have seen 10 people getting checked out and I’m still here. The dentist is super nice as well as the customer service. Sad that the dentist doesn’t have and additional doctor helping him. Won’t come back.

Dr. Walker is absolutely amazing! I had the worst pain in my mouth and could not get scheduled in anywhere to get it checked out immediately. He made sure to squeeze me in as soon as possible to help alleviate my pain. He is very empathetic and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was so supportive and helpful. This dentistry was a life saver for me! I recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Dr. Walker and staff for all you do!

Our appointment was on the pediatric side and our visit was quick and precise. My son was comforted and assured that he had nothing to be afraid of. His cleaning and exam was great, and the staff including the dentist did an excellent job!
