Signed into kiosk only to wait 2 hours to be called to the second window. Never was. Gave up and went to their window clerk finally and had to start my place in line all over again because they had no idea. Pretty terrible. Dont bother going to kiosk, just get someone’s attention asap and then sign in. Best way to get in and out faster.

been on hold for almost an hour after i just called and was on hold but when someone picked up she hung up. customer service sucks.

Worst service ever. Today I called asking for help with my WIC card and I just received the worst “good manners” that someone can have. She was just so mean, I kept asking the same question and she even laught at me on the phone. I really hope she get fired cuz she’s no mean for customer service.

Maria the front desk representative and Amanda the nutritionist have been my take away from this location. They have been more than helpful, kind and professional. Been with this office for two years and they just great. Never had an issue! Birth certificate requests are fast & the WIC department as well. Thank you Maria & Amanda for everything.

If I could I would rate 0 starts. Every appointment I go to the office is always running behind. My first appointment there was in the middle of the day and it wasn’t until 45 minutes after my appointment time that I was told the doctor has yet to arrive to the office and was running late. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes before being called back and then sat in the chair for another 30-45 minutes waiting to see dentist. I just figured doctors always get behind after the few appointments so my following appointment I scheduled an EMERGENCY appointment- 1st appointment of the day at 8AM. The first thing I did when I arrived was ask of the dentist was in office and was told yes! 20 minutes later I’m still sitting in waiting area and ask receptionist if it was going to be much longer because I had work a different receptionist informed me the doctor has yet to arrive and was running late. 20 minutes AFTER my SCHEDULED EMERGENCY appointment I am told this!! I was still very kind but of course impatient due to being in icrutiating pain and running late to work. I tried explaining I called the previous day to see when I could swing by to pick up my script and I had never received a call back and by the time I called again they just wanted me to come the following day. Receptionist cut me off mid sentence as I’m just trying to explain telling me well there’s nothing they can do and furthermore. Bed side manner is clearly not there. Also, how can you possibly be late to your first appointment of the day! 2 strikes already! Had to reschedule my appointment AGAIN for tomorrow. First appointment of the day, so hopefully I won’t be sitting there for another hour and a half misinformed. If anything changes tomorrow I’d more than love to change my review but as of now I am just getting what I need in time of emergency here although they do not understand what “emergency appointments” are. It is just sad seems like they are taking advantage because it’s ran by the state or county. By far worst experience thus far.
