Celebration Dental Group

In the past I have had great experiences. I am now having an issue and called their new patient and emergency line more than once and no one has called me back. My last appointment with them was going to be 11/11/2020 but we were in a serious car accident so I called to leave a message that I needed to cancel and again called several times and never got a person so I hope they will not try to say I was a No Call No Show. Before that I went to their Mallory Circle office to see an Oral Surgeon to have a cracked tooth pulled and they were great, the only challenge I always had was the insurance would have an amount they should write off and they always tried to charge me for it, goodness they can’t read a pre-authorization? I’m now in pain and cranky so here’s to hoping I get a call back.

I read the other reviews and was like wow i have nothing but good experience here! Ive been coming here for quite awhile. Dr Nordman is very efficient and super kind also funny as well. All the staff are super nice and they joke around with each other and i like that makes being at the dentist so much better.

The staff here isn’t anything to write home about, in fact I had a bad experience with the woman who took my x-rays, who kept stabbing the top of my mouth with the card thing. That being said, Dr. Nordmann and my hygienist Marlene are worth continuing my visits to Celebration Dental, even though I have moved out of Celebration. They are the best!

Very pleasent and inviting atmosphere. First visit went smooth, I was seen by DR White and his very pleasant assistant. Both was very great. However, I had a bad experience with Dr. Whites coordinator Jessica she was very dishonest she told me a number of false reasons to why my bill (amount due) change. She was very unprofessional on the phone, her behavior left me feeling uneasy and I asked to be switch to another doctor within the group. Like I stated Dr. White and his assistant was very nice and welcoming, however due to his coordinator dishonesty I would rather deal with someone else. I was switch to Dr Orlando and his assistant Jackie whom was very nice and polite, and took great care of me. It’s unfortunate that due to Jessica unethical practice I felt uncomfortable to continue my treatment with Dr. White who is also a great doctor. Sometimes 1 person on a team can make it bad for the whole team, which is very unfortunate. Beside that one person the rest of the staff is very nice honest and straight forth. I would recommend this group. And if you have to deal with Jessica the coordinator keep all of your receipts and ask to speak to someone above her if you feel what she’s saying isn’t accurate.

I Love Dr. Nordmann. I had my first visit with him this week and it was a great experience. He was able to fix my smile and I am very happy. His entire staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful. I felt completely at ease. I noticed people coming and going at a great pace, so no one waited very long. Everyone who was being seen that day was looked comfortable and happy to be there. There was not one anxious face in the room. That tells me a lot. I have found my dental happy place.
