Celebration Pediatric Dentistry

Best pediatric dentist ever!!!! I hope they accept adults too!!! The service is always on point, everyone is very nice, doctors are very professional and attentive....I love it here.

I’ve contacted this office several times, in-person, online, and over the phone. Must be the laziest office staff in town because, despite filling out all the paperwork, speaking on the phone with someone, and requesting an online appointment, no one has ever gotten back to me. Each time I’ve spoken to someone, they’ve acted as if I’ve just inconvenienced their entire day. When I walked into the office for the first time (because my son’s pediatrician is in the same building), I was told, “Uh, no… you can’t just walk in to make an appointment”. Okay, I understand you have your procedures and clearly don’t need more business, so I’ll try it your way. But when nothing works, maybe the dentists should be looking for new help. For the record, I was a DA for 8 years before managing dental offices for an additional 6. I would never allow an office to run this incompetently. As inconvenient as it will be for us to go outside of Celebration, that’s what we’ll be doing. I had heard from others in town that the providers are great but the staff is terrible, but I like to form my own opinions, especially having worked in the field for so long.

I Dentists are nice, but the service is crazy. How are you told to arrive early and yet they don’t take you in until 30mins later.. let’s fix this.. just like your business, we have places to go, and time is money.

The staff here were very friendly and professional. They were very patient with my daughter and told her everything they were going to do, explaining it all to her. They did a fantastic job doing the cleaning and xrays and kept encouraging her the entire time. The location was very clean and looked great. The mural They had in the waiting area my daughter loved! Overall it was a great pediatric dentist visit!

I’ve been going to Celebration Pediatric for 4 years! I’ve moved twice and still make the drive because they are just the best! The Front desk ladies are sweet and super nice. The dental hygienists are always sweet! For me it’s a breeze to go there because I bring all of my kids at the same time! Three kids and they all get everything done together.. it’s fast they get excellent service and the Dentist is very nice as well for an added bonus 😃. kids get a coin when they are done and get to pick a surprise 👍
