Do not go here, they are terrible, overpriced, unorganized. Staff is terrible, unfriendly, unwelcoming and they will forget you are there and take your child out of the system leaving you to wait an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment you checked in for. We have paid for braces for our daughter and only been seen once, today was the second visit and we already want to get out of the contract. This is by far the worst unorganized excuse for an orthodontist I have ever seen. There are much better options in the area. On the dentist side, they schedule you for appointments and then they do not treat what they schedule you for and tell you that you have to come back. Management is lacking here.

1st time patient visit,.. (excluding my insurance provider’s wrong info. mixup initially) ... but everything went Smoothly at the office help. They was all professional, helpful and now I have a brighter plan, with my mouth situation moving forward. Thank you, Staff !!! I would definitely recommend this office. And look forward to my next local visit. 😁👍🌟

Staff was friendly & helpful. Did not wait long. It was my 4 year old daughters first dentist visit & she felt comfortable and she said it did not hurt at all! Already have a 6 month visit scheduled.

Had to wait about an hour after appointment time. The dental assistant Maria was fantastic. The lady at front desk was rude and made my husband leave out after we were in the room waiting on dentist. It was only the three of us and there were enough chairs for us both. My daughter was in dentist chair. She immediately came back and said one of us had to leave. We can have more kids but not more than one parent which I did not understand. I have been to other dental locations with my daughter and me and her father were both welcomed in back with her. She could not show me a policy that said we both couldn’t be back there. I did not get her name but she was an older black lady. That’s the only way I can describe her. That’s the reason I’m giving them one star.

I had a very pleasant experience! Staff was very nice, professional and responsive. They got me in and out very quickly and the cleaning and filling they performed was very good, thorough and detailed. I also felt like they were telling me the truth about the dental work I needed, and my out of cost pocket was reasonable. I am definitely going back!
