Amazing Team 5Cleaning 2I recently changed my primary insurance company which turned out to a blessing. My previous dentist didn’t take any insurance Medicare and my Supplement didn’t either. He also didn’t have the awesome technology that Mid Florida Primary Care has. They are friendly and most of all easy on the pain. People just don’t believe me when I say that I’m looking forward to seeing my dentist. I can’t believe I’m saying that too. You guys are great.

I never thought I say this about going to the dentist. Today I had my first appointment with Dentist Morales. Fabulous friendly sincere man.His assist Sabrina beautiful personality well informed perfessional explains everything to you up front.The front desk people are friendly and talk to you not at you..I give this office and staff a 10plus.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and gentle with their care. Dr. Morales. Is very nice, gentle with the numbing needle and does a great job. I’ve been to several dentist and I’m happy to have found this practice.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. I was told they took both of my dental insurance over the phone and when I arrived they only took one. Do to my insurance and their policy I had to pay for all my x-rays. Then I was told I need a deep cleaning to the total of over $400.00. Then they said I would have to have 4 cleanings a year, which is way to many. Not happy with the expense.

I was referred by a friend and I was happy to meet with dentist before getting scheduled for my first ever deep cleaning. I thought it was going to hurt but now it did not. Staff very friendly and given a estimate so you are aware of cost upfront. I’m very happy with office. I would highly recommend.
