A bracket came off and Sandra put it back on for me. Dr Benfield removed some glue and did the placement of course. They were both so nice and friendly. Sandra was very thorough and had a very light touch. I almost fell asleep it was so painless. Lol And I even got to choose new colors for the braces. These are the colors of my employer! I did it to get in good with the boss! 😂

I am a current patient and I have the best experience with the dentists and the team. I made the right decision by choosing this practice by word of mouth. I had an issue with my crown and they waited patiently til I get it fixed so they can continue with my treatment plan. They are very THOROUGH and I don’t feel rushed at all. What a blessing to have this clinic around. I wish for many successful years to come for Dr Barlow and Dr Benfield! You are all awesome! Thank you for also sending me a sympathy card. I was touched how it was really remembered as I thought it was just a casual chat. Bless u all!

Dr. Barlow, Dr. Benfield, and staff were absolutely AMAZING. My son actually enjoyed going to this office, as everyone was so welcoming. Every visit we had a whole entourage and it honestly felt like home. The patient care was above and beyond. We were highly satisfied with the treatment plan and outcome! We were informed about every step and all questions were answered thoroughly. My son has a beautiful smile. Thank you Barlow Ortho! We will be ready for round 2.

I would like to take the time to speak on behalf of this Orthopedic Office and their AMAZING STAFF! Everyone from the first phone call to the walk out the door when we were finished made sure that my son was comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. These was the BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had inside an office with my son who is on the spectrum. When I initially called to explain the special circumstances of our visit their staff went above and beyond to ask additional questions and make sure they had as much information to make my son feel as comfortable as they could. This is what I would call going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I will continue to refer EVERYONE that’s asks to Barlow Orth in Merritt Island! Thank you from the bottom for my heart for making this mother feel so at ease during this entire transition to a new Orthodontist and the all of the following appointments. I could only wish that your office also saw general dentistry appointments ! Thank you for setting the bar for exactly what every experience should be!
