Cannot be trusted. Crowns installed by them have trapped food that cannot come out. My mouth is ruined! I had an appointment for 830am. Because I didn’t confirm before 330 yesterday they filled my spot with somebody else and told me I had to come in 1140am. No other medical place does practices like this.!!!!

Everyone at this facility was great. The Dentist was extremely gentle; my pain level during the procedure and now, has never risen above a 5. Ms Jackson was a great comfort for me Thanks for your wonderful service.

Twice in a row had appointment cancelled and was not informed until I walked in for my appointment. I showed the screen shot from my confirmation from their email and I was told that was corporate and it didn’t matter. While I was at the office I called the Patient Quality Assurance line and was told all she could do was schedule another appointment. I declined as I already lost time from work from the last two appointments they cancelled without notice. Why would I subject myself to a third time?

Signed in, sat down, got served, Doreeen done did a great job as always. Place was busy with plenty of customers, but they took care of me in a timely quick fashion. They got a system. Everyone there seemed very nice and Professional too. Thank you very much. Bill T.

I made an appointment because my teeth have been in pain and I couldn’t take it anymore. My appointment was at 3. I showed up at 2:50 and signed in. At 4 I was still waiting in the lobby. I asked them how much longer it would be and they said they didn’t know. I had to be home by 5 so I left. I have been excited about my appointment all day, to finally get my teeth looked at and I wish they would have been more professional. They could have called me to reschedule or even tell me when I got there that it could be a while. I drove 20 minutes to wait in a lobby for an hour, my teeth are still in pain and I need to find another dentist and wait weeks for another appointment
