Always had a pleasant experience going into the office. The smile transformation after getting Invisalign is a full 180. The staff was always professional and accommodating. Dr. Groff is detail oriented and congenial. Highly recommend!

Chase Bunting (The Sauce Boss)
The products they use are cheap. Brackets popped off numerous times during treatment, wires would stick out and poke me. I’ve been through 3 sets of retainers. They blame it on not wearing them, but you can’t wear something that continues to break. I feel they have too many patients versus actual experienced staff. There are many kids working there just out of school with not enough experience to give quality care to their patients.

Appt was set twice for a 10 am appt . Sat there 45min nothing reschedule once same thing . If you have all day to wait this is the place for you. Not me will never go back . Staff is friendly and that’s all it’s got going for this place . Will be contacting my insurance company.
