Where do I begin? I used to be a patient here in 2021 under my old employer’s dental insurance and did not have any issues at that time. Fast forward to 2024 and I needed some dental work done, so I returned to this office to get it done. I wish I hadn’t. I have had nothing but issues at this office. The dentist here does not seem to care or listen to her patients and has very poor bedside manner. From moving too quickly and hitting your teeth with instruments while working, to resting her hand on the glasses on your face during a filling treatment, and talking over you not listening when you try to explain your pain or concerns. Had she taken more than 5 minutes to actually listen and talk to me, or taken an x-ray when I returned to her office experiencing pain and discomfort following a dental cleaning and filling that was performed in her office within less than a month’s timeframe, she could have realized that I had an infection and sent me with a prescription for antibiotics or pain medication at the very least until I was able to be seen by an endodontist. Instead, she failed to do so, continually talked over me when I tried to explain my pain and stated "MA’AM, MA’AM, I told you that was a very large filling when we did it, so you need a root canal, I can give you a referral to go somewhere else because we don’t do that here." I refused her referral to go to their preferred endodontist worried that I would receive the same care or lack thereof as this office. Instead opted to find another dentist that would take the time to listen and properly evaluate the situation. So now 4 out of the 5 fillings performed in this office will be getting redone. 1 of which was indeed an infection with an abscess already forming due to a crack beneath the filling performed. 3 of which have gaps so large I continually get food stuck in them no matter what I eat. $1200 down the drain. She will also recommend that you remove all 4 of your wisdom teeth stating that there is decay and your "teeth will decay/rot in your mouth" if you don’t get them removed, but will not tell you which wisdom teeth it is. After a second opinion, I was informed that I had only 2 small cavities on my wisdom teeth and that if they have never given me pain or issues than there is no reason to pull out all 4 teeth and the current cavities can be filled. Saving me from spending all the money and recovery time to have them pulled. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

If you want your fillings to break off and your teeth to decay, then this is the dentist for you! When I was told I need a crown and it would have to be replaced yearly, I was very taken back and the hygienist told me “you need to calm down sweety”. This place is a scam and all they want is your money if they see good dental insurance.

As a young women taking on a new journey of getting my own insurance and setting up a appointment with smile design I want to start by saying I only needed x rays done and was there from 11:00 to 1:00 ( 2 hours ) and did not receive a cleaning or any extensive work once again only x rays. I sat in the back alone for 30 minutes before having to go up front to get any attention from staff besides this the staffing was short when speaking to me and mostly spoke Spanish to one another also talking about what there going to eat and also watching the tv while working after I’ve already been waiting for 2 hours. I would recommend getting a second opinion if you do go here I will be partaking in a second opinions myself I have no pain with cold items or eating yet they gave me a list of things I need to get fixed in my opinion I feel as though this process was rushed and not genuine. When I think of a dental office or any medical office I don’t expect to see rolling carts, tools or flooring dirty in the environment I think corporate or any owner of this facility should be inspecting the cleanliness of this building I would suggest deep cleaning days or hot spot cleaning no client wants to see this state of a dental office!
