Aspen Dental

So overall I was pleased with the services at first, but months after receiving treatment I get a bill for almost $1000. Turns out me paying $1300 upfront I was told it would cost wasn’t correct. The insurance didn’t cover anything. The "pre bill" they give you is incorrect. So now I can’t continue using Aspen dental all because of them telling me that insurance will cover X amount when that is wrong. They tried to get corporate or some higher levels to get rid of it in "good faith" using a balance inquiry and claims update, but they merely lowered it by $60. I’m not saying that all aspens are bad, but I would avoid this location until someone figures out what is going on. I have been dealing with this issue for about a year getting it fixed with zero success. (Since 2022) I will update this review if anything changes, but if you don’t want to go into collections and be charged more money months after your treatment avoid them. It’s 2024 and this still isn’t fixed nor have I heard anything from them other than bills coming. It’s May 2024 and now I am being sent to collections because of this problem and the staff still haven’t fixed it. Safe to say if you are considering this place think again

Superior service in every aspect. Working together as a team, they pull together and move as one, caring for individual needs of patients. This particular branch is a shining example of how dental practices need follow. Then they too, will attain the same level of patient satisfaction. Hard off to my Dr. the dental assistants and team and the entire office staff! Interesting fact: I had an emergency, had never been to this practice, yet the entire staff needed stayed, just to help me, a stranger. Look no further!

Dr Lopez at Lake Wales was AWESOME! I have serious anxiety abt the dentist and she made me feel relaxed. Gave me very detailed explanation of my options! Young lady at front desk reviewed and explained my estimate thoroughly! I usually run from dentists and dentist offices! However, I plan on following thru and completing my treatments! I actually paid for my next treatments so… that means I’ll DEFINITELY be going back!

I went to Aspen Dental because I had a horrible experience at another dentist and the idea of going back there brought me a lot of stress. I was highly recommended Aspen Dental and got an appointment very quickly. As soon as I entered the door I could tell my experience there would be night and day. I was treated warmly by EVERYONE who worked there and my x-rays and exam went smoothly and the dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease (I need major work done) Also the lady who consulted me about financing was incredibly nice and I was able to get financing so I can get my teeth worked on and be both pain and stress free. HIGHLY recommended.

Easy to make appointments and easy to give them money. They never answer phones, return messages, or respond to emails. Only seem to respond to Google reviews? The office never called in my prescription or my antibiotic. I had to physically go to the office for the medicine to be called in to the pharmacy after 2 days and 4.5 hours trying to call the office. They used to be good pre-pandemic. Something changed. Time to switch dentists after this procedure and follow up are finished.
