Lifetime Smiles has been wonderful! As a new patient, setting up my appointment was easy and timely. I am always greeted cheerfully by the staff and am seen promptly when arriving for appointments. When my treatment plan originally stated high out of pocket costs, they were quick to run things again with my insurance, which resulted in a significant reduction of the total cost. I was elated when they called to tell me this afterward. Cathy, the hygienist, is very kind and personable. Annie in reception is a gem! I recommend highly!

Dr Donato and his staff have been so kind, welcoming and professional with our severely disabled son. Being able to have dental procedures with anesthesia at Tampa General is important, as the safest option, and Lifetime Smiles makes that possible. Thank you

The staff here are amazing! You can tell that empathy, kindness, and compassion are at the heart of this practice. My daughter is 17 and has Down syndrome. We were referred by another dentist who didn’t have availability until a year out for sedation. I called the office in tears because I knew my daughter was in pain. Everyone was beyond helpful from the first initial contact. Our office visit met all my expectations. Dr. Donato met my daughter where she was and ensured she was comfortable before proceeding to look in her mouth. This the first time my daughter has left a dental visit singing and smiling. Thank you!
