If it was possible I’d give them a 10 Star rating! Long story short my wife had an issue with another local dental provider. We called the Aspen Dental team and they squeezed us in same day. We arrived for our appointment, as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with smiling and welcoming faces. After paperwork and X-rays their team came in and gave us a break down of all the work that needed to be done. We then sat down with Holly who came up with an awesome treatment plan. She worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible and help us schedule all our appointments. Within an hour my wife got the care she needed, a plan to continue care going forward, got a cleaning and left feeling on top of the world. Their genuine care for us (The customer) was a complete 180 from our old provider. Can’t wait to recommend all our friends and family to visit them! Shout out again to Dr. Ngo, and Holly and the rest of the team! Keeping our smiles bright and our wallets full!

I love this place. It was my 1st in a dentist office since 2012 and they were very professional and understanding. They helped me with a plan to pay because I have no insurance. Everything worked out great and I have gotten a deep cleaning, well needed and a scheduled oral surgery.

The staff here is so amazing. They eased my anxiety every step of the way and kept my spirits up when I was initially really anxious for my wisdom teeth removal. Didn’t feel any pain during the procedure and it was so quick! Special thank you to Holly and Kristine for being so kind. Will definitely be going back here for future dental work.

Only went to this dentist because they were open after 5 just like most other patients there. I have work and have no sick time off. They moved my appointment at the last minute twice and then when I tried to reschedule, told me they are now closing early and will not be making anymore 6pm appointments. Which is the absolute earliest I could make it there from work. I now have to wait months to even possibly get the hole in my tooth fixed if I can manage to find another dentists office that understands that adults have to go to work during the day. I’m pretty sure they started cancelling all 6pm appointments ahead of time because they want to start closing early even though patients already had set appointments. Not to mention I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, then showed up just to be told that I had to "have a consult first" just to have them cleaned. Why give me the appointment then??? They took x rays which took 30 min because they only had 1 size thing to bite on and it wouldn’t fit in my mouth without cutting me, kept taking them even though it wouldn’t fit and was hurting me, and then I was told my insurance didn’t cover them anyway.

Even though I was late because I went to the wrong location, the Dale Mabry office still made time for me. Lots of time! I never felt rushed or neglected. The staff is awesome; from the front desk, the dental assistants, the dentist, and the office manager... Everyone was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. More appointments set up with these good folks in the next few weeks and I’m not nervous at all. I’m excited.
