They are absolutely the best dentistry place in Tampa FL, the hygienist was a genius in finding me a way to pay for everything since I don’t have dental insurance she was a complete angel the whole team took extra professional care of me they walked me through everything I am so thankful and grateful I went to them so insurance no problem they will find a way to take good care of you, I can’t say enough good things about them but I will say they gave me a 10 star treatment !!!!

I had a wonderful experience and the entire staff was great. I appreciate the time my cleaning took and recommendation I received during the whole process. Such a caring and kind person working on my teeth. Thanks

This was by far my worst dental experience. I scheduled an appointment, I had to unfortunately scheduled the day of the appointment, and when I spoke to one of the receptionist and informed who what time I would like to reschedule for, she said “Are you sure you can make that one?”. Her name was Ashley and I was so shocked when she said that and I told her that’s a terrible question to ask someone. Fast forward I proceeded to come to my appointment on the scheduled day with high hopes and I entered into a what felt like a cemetery. Customer service was non existent. The smiles at Smile Design was a fictional fairytale. And to make a long story short, the provider was passive aggressive. After he reviewed my x-rays, he began to explain the results to me in his dentistry vernacular. When I asked him to simplify, he couldn’t help himself with the dentist jargon. I got a vague understand so when I asked him practical questions on is this what he means, he got annoyed and began to give me the “you’re the expert, not me” sarcastic look. Anyways, those are the main things that happened. I won’t write off the entire smile design dentistry, but that one in particular off of Fletcher was horrendous. Edit: Natalie the Regional Manager called and was pleasant to talk to. She apologized about my experience and suggested that when my cleaning is due, to try out one of the other locations. I definitely appreciated the call, her listening to me, and her expressing empathy. I told her that I don’t want to schedule another appointment right now, but I will not allow one bad apple to ruin the bunch. For those reading this, she did mention that she will talk to the appropriate people to make sure the behavior at that location improves. So hopefully that is the case and my review will be considered a stepping stone for improvement to the Fletcher location.

My name is Brando G. I’ve been coming to this dentist office for two years now trying to fix my front tooth and they can’t seem to get the color, size, shape,length correctly. Dr. Joshua Burns is the worst dentist I advise you not to go to that office they will take your money take your time and leave you with a horrible smile. Joshua Burns wanted to take a shortcut to cut my real adjacent tooth to align the prosthetic front tooth. It looks horrible. This is the 6th time I went to his office to try to get this done. He is very lazy and inconsiderate . After paying $8780 to get one front tooth put in Joshua Burns the doctor refuses to replace the tooth because he is scheme artist . And as soon as he messed up now, he doesn’t want to do the job anymore I advise you to never go to this office. I had to transfer my portfolio and file to a different Dentist to finish the job because Joshua Burns is very inconsiderate and lazy. They shouldn’t call this place Smile Design they should call the Smile destroyed because they destroyed my Smile. The office manager and everyone is working with Joshua so there’s nothing that I can do but transfer offices. I am going to tell my family and friends and everyone to never go to that office on Fletcher Avenue Smile Design they destroyed my Smile. This office is full with unprofessional people. And it’s unfortunate that the staff is not trained well enough to deal with negative’s situations that they created themselves .
