Leaving a bad review on every smile direct account every single day until they show effort to fix my issues, and please don’t comment back apologizing and asking me to email you. That doesn’t work either Poorly ran company, stay away, ordered my retainer weeks early so I could have them when I went out of the country, they said 2 to 3 weeks, it’s been over a month and they still have not even left the production facility, they offer you zero communication and when I reach out to anybody they say there’s nothing they can do. Last week they kept me on hold for an hour, only to hang up and when I called back nobody knew anything about my previous conversations. They should give you your retainers as part of the package, but it’s a lazy sales pitch to make you wait and pay for them, only to be super delayed and offer no communication over it. The worst communication over any company I’ve ever worked with

I had a wonderful experience with Meghan! She made me feel completely comfortable by first getting to know me a little better. We talked about our little ones! She then explained every single step of the process and all the components of the Smile Direct Club box I’ll be receiving in the mail. It was quick, easy and painless. I even got some goodies to take home! I definitely recommend going to Smile Direct Club and seeing Meghan!

I came here after making an online appointment for a 3D scan of my teeth. I was greeted promptly and was brought to my room for my evaluation and scan. The employee taking care of me, Brittaney was very helpful. She was not only very informed, but relayed the information to me in a way I could easily understand. She answered all my questions and made the experience very enjoyable.
