Dr. Torres and her assistant are great, caring professionals. She explains every step clearly and lets you know what to expect. The office staff is also amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also recommended Dr. Torres to my son, he felt at ease right away. If you are looking for professional, caring service don’t hesitate to give them a try.

I had the most horrible and bizarre experience in this place, I went for a root canal with Dr Ruiz, most painful experience I’ve ever had, first he didn’t explain nothing to me, he just went ahead with the procedure as if I already knew everything, good thing I dig into Google the day before. I was constantly telling him that my tooth wasn’t numb enough and at some point he just stopped the procedure and told me that he was the dentist and if I didn’t like the way he was performing the root canal I was welcome to live and get another dentist… I was shocked !!!! All that halfway trough the procedure and in the presence of his assistant, I felt so humiliated and ashamed, from that point on he didn’t say a word, was a bit rough at some points, finished the procedure and left the site without saying a word to me. His assistant was kind enough to apologize and she also brought me some ibuprofen for the pain. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had not been to a dentist in years because of anxieties. After meeting Dr. Torres and her assistant I was immediately put at ease. They explained everything thoroughly and couldn’t have been more gentle. They were so helpful in handling the insurance for me as well. I would highly recommend them. Beth Nugent

I was so impressed by my experience with Endodontics and Periodontics. Dr. Ruiz and his staff are professional and courteous. I was referred by my general dentist and was immediately impressed by how quickly I was seen. Dr. Ruiz explained the issues I was having and worked with my general dentist to coordinate the best most cost effective treatment plan for me. I highly recommend Endodontics and Periodontics if you need a root canal.

Do your homework and make sure when Dr Torres accepts you as a patient, that she is in fact qualified to perform the procedure! $800 and 2 painful attempts to do what she was hired to do and I had to go to another more qualified Dr to fix the mess she made in my mouth!
